Neue Wohnung in einem komplett renovierten 5 Jahre Gebäude, in dem idealen Ort befindet Sevilla Ort zu besuchen: 5 Minuten von der monumentalen Gebiet zu Fuß (Kathedrale, die Giralda, Rathaus, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, Plaza de Toros, Rio Guadalquivir) und nur wenige Schritte vom Einkaufszentrum mit Boutiquen und die besten Spielstätten, Freizeit und städtischen Dienstleistungen.

Our stay at the apartment was everything we hoped for and more! Javier was so accommodating and gave great recommendations! He had everything organized and was so helpful. He even helped us book a taxi for our ride to the airport. The location was perfect to walk everywhere but also enjoy a less touristy area! I will be staying here everytime we’re in Seville!

Overall amazing stay in the heart of the old town. Reserved online parking just 5 min walk. We downloaded the app and even got 50% off as the first time user. The apartment is amazing and very spacious. Lots of restaurants near by including groceries. We couldn't be more lucky with our pick:)

Really happy to have stayed here during my visit to Seville in July. Can confirm the AC works great! And, there is an elevator in the building. Hosts are very generous and took the time to meet our group in-person, review details about the apartment and the neighborhood. They even left information about a local doctor. They thought of everything! Javier was available to answer all of our questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect place to spend several days or a week. Right in the center of the action - in the historic area, walking to great restaurants, cafes, markets, and sights. Very pleasant to walk around the area in the evening.

Search no further. The 4 most important criteria to rate is location, whether it’s quiet, cleanliness and how comfortable our stay was. Javier’s apartment easily earns 5 stars on all 4. The beds seemed new and difficult to leave. The apartment was spotless, never disturbed by noise and its location allowed us to walked everywhere in this beautiful city. Javier greeted us upon arrival and generously gave us a verbal tour of the city. We would definitely return.

My husband I stayed in Javier’s apartment for our first visit to Seville. He is a gracious and responsive host and provided extensive helpful information about the city and things to do.
The apartment is elegant and a comfortable resting spot after each day of touring. It worked well for the two of us, but would also be a great layout for two couples or a family. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment.
It was well situated for excellent restaurants, groceries, and tour sites: all walkable. We also took day trips to Cordoba and Cádiz by train and took taxis or Uber or walked to reach the two train stations.
We love Seville and this apartment and hope to return.

This is a very spacious apartment in the center of Seville. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a great American drip coffee maker. We were able to walk to all the major sites (cathedral, barrio/Santa Cruz, Alcázar)
Also, 2 blocks to cross the river to Triana and enjoy the beautiful river view walk. It was so lovely to sit in the front room with the large windows open to the charming street below. Unit quiet for sleeping.
Javier was a wonderful host. He is very responsive to any questions that may arise.

This apartment is an excellent value and Javier is a beyond-excellent host.
The apartment has everything you need, including a very well equipped kitchen. It is well located to get to every site you would want to see and every restaurant you would want to visit. The only place we taxi-ed to was the train station--everywhere else we walked. It was immaculately clean. I would not call it luxurious, but everything worked and was in good repair, and for the price you will not beat it.
Javier has obviously spent alot of time anticipating what a guest would need to have a comfortable stay and has provided it all in this little gem of an apartment. He provided dish soap, bathroom soap, TP, paper towels, a few trash bags, cooking staples, and a rather amazing little welcome basket of starter groceries. (I don't know if he does this for everyone, or just for longer term guests, but we nibbled our way through the goodies he left the whole time we were there.) Other details he has thought of include American adaptors for Spanish outlets and plenty of coat-hangers.
I bet I've stayed in about 50 VRBOs around the world, and Javier was hands down the best host I've ever encountered. From his communications before arriving, to his in-depth turnover at check-in, to trouble shooting a couple of problems (that we caused) during our stay, to providing concierge services--he was the BEST. You won't be sorry if you pick one of Javier's apartments.

Our host Javier is the best host we have ever had, and we have booked many properties through VRBO. Javier was so helpful with all our needs. The apartment is in an amazing location and is spotless. We stayed for 7 weeks which meant the kitchen was very important - it has everything you need and the grocery stores are very close. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Thanks Javier!!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was perfect from the initial communication with Javier through our 4 night stay. The check in was smooth and Javier gave us lots of information on Seville and has helpful maps and information available. The apartment is in a great location in the central city. There are many restaurants and and grocery very close. We walked everywhere. The street is lovely with orange trees right outside the nice balcony windows. The furniture is very comfortable and was perfect for our family of four (husband and two adult sons). The beds were comfortable and there are extra linens and pillows if needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and appliances. I appreciated having a little sugar and other spices available. The washing machine was great to have too. I would stay here again for sure.

Javier was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever encountered. In the apartment was any possible information we could need from restaurants to taxis to things to do in the city. We used the guidebooks left in the apartment throughout our entire stay. Javier's communication was excellent and it was very easy to arrange check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balconies and having a comfortable space to ourselves. The location was within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend staying in this flat!

My family enjoyed this appartment because of its location with most attractions at a walking distance. Secure public parkings were also at a few minutes walking and it was very easy to get out of the city by car. The appt itself was very clean and well furnished. Furthermore Javier is a mindful guest who took his time to explain the facilities and the surrounding area.

Javier's exceptional property is centrally located just a short walk to all the best that Sevilla has to offer. I have friends who live in Sevilla that live nearby, so it was perfect. The apartment was clean and quiet, and communication with Javier was responsive, professional, and friendly. Check-in was smooth and all of our questions were answered. Javier was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours past check out time, which was an incredible help. Great location and had everything we needed for a 4 day visit. It’s located on a quiet street with everything within walking distance.
But, the best thing about the whole experience was Javier, the host. He was great at communicating and making sure that our experience was the best it could be. Since we were due to arrive several hours before check in he offered to meet us and hold our bags so we could enjoy the day. He met us at check in and spent time going over all the attractions and restaurants. All his recommendations were spot on. He even had a laminated list that was numbered and coded to a city map with attractions and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

He provided information on everything, including major sights, restaurants, and flamenco shows. This made for a very comfortable and lovely stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The sitting room is airy & comfortable. The bedrooms are delightful. The air-conditioning worked well (we visited in an extreme heat-wave).
The location is excellent. The apartment is within easy walking distances of all the principal attractions. It is surrounded by many good shops, restaurants & tapas bars.
And Javier is a star. Not just an ordinary star, but a very brilliant one. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We had a fantastic stay in Seville, thanks to Javier and his attention to detail in all aspects of his property. This apartment is beautiful and spacious and centrally located to walk to the sites in Seville. There are restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries close by and fun shopping within easy walking distance. Our host, Javier warmly welcomed us, gave us the apartment tour, and showed us where monuments and restaurants were located using a well marked map before leaving us to explore on our own. He has anticipated our every need. We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for others!
