The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Clean, spacious and a great location. The balcony and bbq were lovely. Things like towels, an iron etc were a bonus and to arrive with bottles of water and a bottle of fizz in the fridge was delightful. The host Aida was amazing. So friendly, helpful and always on hand if we had any questions or needed a bit of help. Nothing was too much. Deposit received back on check out with no fuss. I really can’t recommend this place enough. To top it all off we had awkward flight times but as there were no planned bookings they allowed us to check in early and check out late. We were really grateful for this as we have two young boys. A short walk to the supermarket, beach, restaurants and bars. We had a brilliant time and would return in a heartbeat. Thanks again for looking after us Aida.

This is by no means a negative but be mindful that the apartment is up a number of steps so not great if you have mobility issues. It didn’t bother us at all as we were happy to wake up to blue skies and a sea view each morning.

L’emplacement, le calme, proche de la mer. Apparemment bien agencé, belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Je recommande

We are a family two adults two girls plus a friend. We are familler with the area and previously owned an appartment in Arroyo. Thrilled with the appartment It was large open plan airy and modern, very clean, beautifully decorated. Access is from the road up several flights of stairs situated on the top floor of the complex with amazing viewa. There was extra security given by the barred gates on windows, front door and patio, that could be locked. A well equiped kitchen had everything you needed to prep and cook meals inc a microwave and grill, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and dining table Two great size bedroons, one double and a single, both with air-con and ample storage. We stayed during the summer but there were blankets and quilts supplied if needed. A leather sofabed in the living area gives extra sleep space..(air con here too for cooling or heat depending on your needs) Bathroom is good with a shower, wash hand basin with storage below. There is under floor heating (which was not used but would be great in the winter) Towels provided were lovely. There is a small washing machine too. The balcony has a large table, large parasol and 6 recliner chairs, also there is a built in BBQ.which was perfect for our family to relax and eat out on cool evenings. Games books and a game console as well as a flat screen tv provided entertainment. A beach parasole, snorkels and a selecton of beach games were there for the guests to use The appartment is at the top of the complex with extensive views out over the aroyyo to the sea, and is a few steps away from the top swimming pool.. There is a lower pool in the bottom complex which has a seperate childrens pool. The upper pool has good acceess with easy handrailed steps and also has a childrens pool. There is a lifeguard on duty at both. There is a clubhouse and sports bar (that we did not use) at the bottom pool. With access to the road down to the beach 8/10 min walk.

I want to stress that the host and appartment are wonderful. It is a privately owned residential unit and is situated on the Pueblo Evita timeshare complex. There is a mix of shared ownership and private. Built into the side if the valley the whole complex is stepped. This would make it difficult for people with mobility issues to access. There were 122 steps from the entrance gate to the top swimming pool ( it was not an issue for our group ) The lower part of the complex for the most part is well looked after, painted, garden areas well manicured, clean and secure with locks, swip card entry and keybad entry. The top part of the complex ( a road splits the complex in half) was not as well kept. Some parts have not been painted with the majorty needing refreshing. There are cracks in the walls and some of the steps have tiles that are cracked and chipped off. Communal areas were not swept and washed clean as the lower had been. Some of the planted areas were unkemped and there was some rubbish around, cigarette buts in planters around the pool, Due to the exceptional heat and drought over the last months there is an issue with ants and cockroaches (NOT in this appartment) It is one of those thing that happens in very hot countries but better houskeeping around the block could help to reduce the impact. There was an issue with the private owned community not having access to the pools due to adminastrator issues.This was sorted by our host who was amazing. Unfortunatly this lead to use not being able to access the pool for 2¹½ Days. This was unforseen and out of her control. Staff at reception and the pool staff were very rude to us and other guests who were obviously upset. This was not an Isolated incident and happened to other people in other sites not just here and It is someting I will check on before booking accomodation in Spain again.

The property was spotlessly clean, with good quality furnishings & free wi-fi as advertised. The check-in & check-out procedure was easy and Kelly the rep was friendly and professional. There was a lovely balcony with great views from the terrace at the top of the building.

The apartment was on the top floor and you need to climb 101 steep steps to access it. Think climbing a church bell tower and you won't be far wrong. As such, this apartment wouldn't be at all suitable for elderly or infirm guests as there is no lift. The single beds in the smaller bedroom were glorified 'camp' style beds and the mattresses not comfortable. There is a loud and frequently barking dog who lives two apartments below, which caused disturbed sleep and noise nuisance.
