Spacious room and plenty of storage. The bed is very comfortable

The rain shower in our room does not work. They should provide smaller mug for the coffee machine, the one provided is too tall to fit. Staffs are not friendly (don’t see anyone smiling) - the cafe staff in particular is quite rude

Location is good.

It’s really dusty, there’s a pen, some papers, trash under the bed. The roof top garden was closed, cannot access due to the weather The blanket is dirty, the blood stain on it. we had skin rashes all over, so requested to change the bedsheet and blanket. the receptionist asked “change? Everything? Why? Why need to change?” We were there for almost 7 days, and can’t stand the dirty bed, blankets and bedsheets.

very comfortable beds and the size of room is adequate. the place is really clean. I especially liked that we had a fully equipped kitchen including washer dryer. Novotel was kind enough to also provide laundry and dish washing detergent. The location is excellent, food options were never an issue. There was plenty to do and eat around the vicinity

was not able to control the temperature in the room. the thermostat control was set at a low of 26 C and we could not lower it further. We had to call for someone to come reduce it but it was not able to cool the room to below 25C.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Klimaanlage lies sich gut einstellen, beheiztes WC, super Dusche, sehr gutes Bett und gute Kissen. Täglich mehrere Flaschen Wasser, nesspresso und Kapseln, Wasserkocher usw. Ruhig und entspannt!

Location is good - 3 minute walk from Dongdaemun Design Plaza Metro Exit 12. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have a modern design. Hotel has good facilities, if you have the time to use them.

Room is a little cramped (for 2 people and 2 luggages) and could have been more spacious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near the metro station, you can walk to kwang jang market. Well equipped gym. Nice outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable, and the room is spacious. For dinner you have a really nice buffet at the restaurant, and if you want to grab something simple for lunch the bar has great options

The outdoor pool has awkward schedules, every 2 hours you have a 10min break to clean and you have to leave the pool area. They do a longer break at lunchtime. So it’s difficult to just relax all morning by the pool. If it’s due to COVID the lunchtime break to clean would be enough.

it was too expensive for what it offers. location was not very good, there is not much to see and do in the area. also it is basically a family hotel and the pool was packed by families and their kids. basically not possible to use it. I would not go back

My room is too small for me. I go to Seul several times in a year. I stayed this hotel for the first time. Hotel nice and clean. I’ll stay again here if they reserve a bigger room for me

The hotel has an excellent location within a walking distance to vibrant shopping area in Dongdaemun. The staff are friendly and wonderful. The rooms are will designed and clean. They provide an amazing breakfast buffet with a varieties of food selection.

Some time the waiting time for elevator can take a long time.

The gym and breakfast were the only highlights.

Rude staff, limited to no access to facilities, incorrect view, poor of building especially elevators.

Location: Was close to DDP (Dongdaemun Design Plaza) and public transportation, plus to Airport shatter stop just a few meters from the hotel. However, the city centre quit fare that you will use public transportation most of the time. Meet & Greet: The staff were very kind, helpful and polite. Room: Very spacious, clean and quiet will all immunities. Restrooms: Were vey clean and high-tech. Breakfast: it was very nice with a decent variety and fresh food selection. Environment: Very Formal. Staff: were very kind, helpful and polite but with some language issues!
