The apartment was just as advertised and located within walking distance to the main city. Several convenience stores were nearby for necessities and the tram stop was a few blocks away. Very clean and well-thought out for a nice stay.

Everything was perfect

This was my family’s first visit to Lisbon. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment was perfect. Perfect size, perfect location, and perfect nearby parking. The pictures were fabulous, but even better in person. We hope to return, and if we do, we will be excited to stay here again.

Many thanks to our host Pedro for clear Comms, flexible check in and out and showing us around the flat. The flat is beautifully arranged with lots of lovely details, all comforts you can wish for. The cleanliness was on par with the best hotels. The stairs might be an issue for some people but we didn't mind. The location is perfect - tiny street with colourful houses walking distance from the centre and yet quiet. We enjoyed the balcony for our breakfasts and evening drinks, so picturesque above the roofs. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again to this city and to this flat!

Perfect spot for our family. Small, and lots of stairs to climb with luggage, but comfortable and well kitted out. Really beautifully situated on a quiet street in bairro alto, within a minute of tram 28, grocery shops and many easy restaurants. Plus, the stroll down the hill to the sites, or a cheap taxi ride, were super easy. 100% recommend if you’d like to stay in central Lisbon, but still feel like home is a refuge from the sites and sounds. We had a great time at this residence! It was extremely easy to communicate with owner and never had any problems reaching him. We had 6 people total, and the space did not feel crammed at all. We didn't know much about Lisbon before but we felt that this VRBO was in a great location, with great breakfast spots less that ten min walks away.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located so travel around the city was made easy. Such a nice place to get to start from and come home to after a long day of walking around. 3 of us slept comfortably here. So glad we stayed. It was also very nice to have 2 sets of keys.

Had a great first visit to Lisbon in Pedro’s apartment. It’s lovely. I really enjoyed staying here. It’s in a great location, near some really nice local bars. The main centre is just a short walk away. I will definitely be returning to Lisbon and to this apartment. It’s perfect. It felt really homely with all the candles lit in the evening. I’ll also be recommending it to my friends if they choose to visit. Thank you so much for looking after us 😁

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was walking distance to the Lisbon sites we wanted to see. The address was easily accessible by Uber and taxi. The only problem was initial access to the apartment. The mother of the landlord was in the apartment but we had no access through the building front entrance.

Property is located in good location. But the street is too small and unknown. We had a problem with Uber twice to find the street. Another negative side of this apartment: it is located on the 4th floor without elevator. The stairs are too small. It was difficult to walk up and down. Other than this it was good apartment.

Great stay in the apartment, looking forward to goi g back soon.

We had a very pleasent stay

We would stay there again. Plenty of basic supplies were provided e.g. toilet paper, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, facial wipes. The location is an ideal to explore Lisbon.

Pedros apartment was great. It is in a perfect location to walk around the city. Super convenient for young people. A car is not a necessity. Very good area restaurants, bars, and central easy accessibility to attractions. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. Just to be cautious regarding elderly, wheelchair access. Otherwise fantastic stay. Would do again definitely!

The place seemed great but it was very hot outside and the air conditioner was upstairs. The downstairs living area and bedroom were miserably hot even with a fan on. Not as close to restaurants and shops as we were led to believe. Had great difficulty getting in after waiting a couple of hours after our check-in time. Who knew we would need to pull, then push the warped door open? Brutally hot sitting on pavement waiting for someone to help us.

We loved our stay. Right down the street from a beautiful church. Market around the corner, great places to eat around the corner. Quick walk to Principe Reel. The apartment was light and airy. We had plenty of space for a family of four. Ample kitchenwares, nice view from the outdoor space. Comfortable and clean beds. Air conditioning in upstairs bedroom and fan in lower bedroom. The apartment stayed nice and cool in late August. Had to look up the washing machine model bc the programs were numbers with no settings. Maybe a quick sheet on settings could be included for guests. The climb up the steep steps to the fourth floor apartment is confirmation that you will sleep well at night. Would love to stay again.

At a walking distance of all main attractions, with some groceries nearby. Check in process is flexible enough to accommodate our early fly and Pedro was really helpful to provide suggestions of many place to go for the rest of our trip. Note that stairway are a bit narrow and some steep, and nearby parking is at 5 min walking distance.

We happened to come during a heat wave so the one AC unit upstairs was having a hard time keeping the whole place cool (we were also keeping it off during the day while we were out to keep energy waste down) but everything else was excellent. Appreciate our host's communication!

A lovely place to stay in a good location. Very convenient to a tram stop and also easy enough to walk to most of the central attractions as long as you are happy walking. Walking is one of the best ways to see Lisbon. Some food local places to eat as well as convenient small supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a city break

The apartment was very nicely furnished, extremely clean, with gorgeous city views and was perfect for our family (2 parents and 3 teens). Neighborhood was pretty quiet but in walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and things to see in Lisbon. I would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The apartment was wonderful! Very clean, well stocked.and a great location. Pedro was a great host and the complimentary bottle of wine and water were very thoughtful. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our family if 5 including teenagers. The location was great, sleeping arrangements worked out well and the view was well worth the steep flights of stairs! Pedro and his brothers family that met us upon arrival were very helpful and welcoming.

Pedro was a fantastic host and the property was lovely. Seamless check in and the communication was timely and helpful. Thanks for everything!

BA & TAP airlines made us a day’s delay to Lisbon, plus lost one persons luggage. I have not been able to enjoy Lisbon due to calls back and forth and not able to leave the apt for 2days. Very frustrating, and I wish I could have enjoyed your city

Six of us stayed at this property and had an amazing time. Everything was modern and clean and the apartment was light and airy. Check in was very smooth, and the apartment was in a great location.

Our stay was amazing. From Pedro meeting us to let us in on day one to our check out day, we really enjoyed staying here. There was a welcome bottle of wine left for us and that made us feel right at home! The neighborhood was great. Highly recommend!
