Property manager was very getting back to you. The property was clean and a great location. The private beach with umbrella and chairs made it so much easier, just walk to the beach and enjoy.

This is a great location next to the beach and the beach chairs are a game changer. This is also the best stocked condo I’ve stayed in. Everything was fantastic.

Had a great time with family. Great side condo with side water view . Good space in condo, vacay decor. Enjoyed pickleball court in condo community! Would definitely stay again. Great and easy communication and renting process.

First time staying at this complex so didn’t know what to expect. Had a great stay! The Unit was great and pretty much as described. However, the front right bunk was smaller than expected. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Convenient private beach access directly across the street. Nice to have the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach waiting for you. They are first come, first serve so you have to get down early for first few rows but well worth it. Friendly staff setting up the chairs. Tipped them well daily and they certainly remembered me and took care of me. Easy walk to Pompano Joe’s for lunch/dinner. Would come back again.

The condo was perfect! It was beautiful, functional and clean! We had everything we needed to cook meals. We brought two pitchers so we could make lemonade and sweet tea. We payed in the front pool, back pool and at the BEACH!! Worked out in the fitness room too! Loved being able to walk to the beach and have two umbrellas and four chairs set up and ready to use. We had lunch at Pompanoe Joes, pizza from Grimaldi’s Pizza, and groceries from Walmart! Fun times at The Track-rides, mini golf and the arcade. Thanks for having such a special place at the beach!

My husband and I spent a few days here and it was just what we needed. Very very clean and neat. You can tell it’s a well cared for condo. Well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to relax and enjoy your day! Loved it!

My family and I had a great time. The location was great and the place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. Also, having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great condo at Maravilla. We’ve stayed in this complex for the last 7 years and each condo has been nothing but amazing. The beach toys were helpful to have, we even left a few for the next guest. There is no beach cart, but thankfully the our kids are old enough to carry what they need. A few things could use some attention. The pans could be replaced - they are no longer no stick and are warped. There is no blow dryer, which wasn’t a big deal- we just are used to having those in the room. We will be back for sure!

Our stay was wonderful. This unit was decorated so cute and enough room for 6 adults, one 4 year old and a 12 weeks old. We also enjoyed the 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. Also, Maravilla is so convenient to several restaurants to walk. Our favorites are Kenny D’s and Pompano Joes.

Over the years we've stayed at several locations along Miramar beach and this condo is the cleanest we've seen. We made use of both pools, the grill and beach set-up. Don't worry about forgetting something because the pantry and beach toy cabinet will likely have what you need.

Our stay was wonderful and I cannot wait to come back. The condo was beautiful and just as described. It was in close proximity to the beach for easy access. It also had a beautiful view from the balcony even though not directly facing the beach.

Me, my husband, our 16 year old daughter, and my parents enjoyed this condo so much! It was packed with amenities, clean, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. We had never been to this area of Florida before and really enjoyed it! If we ever come back to Miramar Beach, we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks to Ashley, the wonderful host. She was responsive and everything about booking, communicating, etc was so simple.

This year was the best vacation that we have had in several years. We did nothing but sit on the beach and enjoy the company of our family. Ashley was great at communicating and very helpful when I reached out to her. Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach was very nice as well. This was the first time I haven’t wanted to come on from vacation!

This property was very well cared for. Having three bedrooms made life very easy with an infant. The kitchen was well appointed, though the cooking pans could use some replacement, because they were a little warped and connectivity to the electric heating surface was uneven. We appreciated that there was plasticware for the infant. It was not a long walk to the pool at the beach across the street. We would definitely rent here again. We would have written in the guestbook, but unfortunately, none of us had a pen. Lol

This rental was wonderful for our group!
We love staying at Miravilla and this rental was perfect for our family of 4 plus one friend of my kids. The location to beach, shopping, and restaurants is simply the best and enabled the kids to enjoy riding to places on the rental bikes.
This was without a doubt the cleanest rental I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! We were on the 4th floor which was nice - there was no noise from above.
Communication with the owners was great! I always got a quick response to my questions.
I highly recommend this stay- especially if you have 2 people in your party who need seperate beds but can stay in the same room like my son and his friend.

This is a beautiful home! Very clean, reasonably priced & just a short walk from the private beach. We could see the ocean from our balcony & enjoyed watching the Florida storms that popped up almost every day. The property is located in a good area & you can get to Destin fairly quickly. We will definitely be back.

The property was gorgeous and super clean . It was close to the beach, and l loved the private access. Also, it was so convenient to have the two beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The owners were excellent with communication. The property had everything that we needed to have a super stay. I would highly recommend this property to others. So worth it 😃

Our first time renting in Miramar. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach wasn’t too crowded, the water was crystal clear and we so enjoyed not having to lug beach chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. Enjoyed both pools and hot tub, as well as the fitness room.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful place. Right by the beach. Really appreciated having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up for us at the beach. Extra things I don’t have to carry to the beach along with kids and all their things. Definitely a perk. We used the kitchen to cook meals. We had everything we needed as far as utensils and pots/pans. Also, having the washer drying in the unit was a benefit. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the property and have stayed at Maravilla in the past. It’s the perfect location with a private beach and multiple pools.
This condo was perfect for our family with three bedrooms and two baths. Everything was clean and there was plenty of leftover essentials left for us to us (which we greatly appreciated). The appliances are all in great shape as well.

Everything was exactly as posted. Very nice touches and extra items were in the closets. We didn't have little ones but they even have sand toys for them. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful ocean view from balcony, Quick, easy walk to the beach and shopping. We will be back

Our family of 6 loved our stay here. It was clean, updated with cute decor, very close walk to the beach and had everything you could think of! My kids enjoyed the beach toys and we appreciated the Keurig for coffee in the mornings especially. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We hope to be back next year.

The condo was clean and beautiful with plenty of space. Loved having the chairs on the beach! We did wish there were some tables at the pool but not a deal breaker. My husband and I enjoyed the tennis courts every day and we did lots of walking to find all the coffee shops etc as advertised. It was a wonderful vacation with our daughter getting engaged while we were there!

Perfect vacation!
My family and I just got back from our stay at 1403 Maravilla. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the condo. The walk to the beach is short and easy and access to shops and restaurants is so convenient! The condo is exactly as pictured! Everything was perfect! I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Convenient Spot in Miramar Beach
We had such a great stay at this property! 4th floor and had great side views of the gulf. The elevator made this unit easily accessible! Unit was very clean, well-stocked. Had a pot coffee maker AND a kcup keirig machine. Two pools in front and back. Unit had a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! Will be back!!

Beautiful Week
The property was exactly as described. It was so refreshing to walk in and see how clean and well kept the condo was. The property is kept up well with plenty of elevators and carts to help with luggage. The beach was a short walk and beautiful!
We explored Destin and Sandestin. Both were a short drive and while traffic was heavy, it was very doable.
We were so sad to leave. Thank you for providing a perfect home away from home. It was all we had hoped for.

I cannot believe how affordable this was! The property is BEAUTIFUL and spacious. The owner was always easy to get a hold of and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this place!!!!

Great condo but amenities are terrible.
This condo was overall clean and decorated nicely.
Our only issues were the amenities. Fitness center is small and outdated. The 2 pools are way too small for the size of this community; every pool was packed full all day long.
