Perfect location for this very nice apartment.

Everything. Spotless clean, very comfortable , loveliest host ! We felt like home. We can say this was the most comfortable stay of all times.

Fantastic apartment, we got a little lost as the building isn't called Las palmas but called and directed to the property, possibly the most comfortable place we've ever stayed

This is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Marbella. Totally modern renovation and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you'll need to prepare some meals. Best of all is Ellen, the hostess. She goes out of her way to make sure you have a great stay. Don't hesitate to book this apartment as you won't be disappointed.

The owner was really friendly. The flat is perfect with sea view and pool access. We would definitely stay again

air conditioning unit could be stronger but worked okay

I really loved the decoration of our apartment. The theme was green, and everything was green. The view from the balcony was wonderful!!! The hostess received us in person and she was too much warm!!! We lived our stay!!!

The location is very very good and the sea view is nice sine the appaetement is in an upper floor. Easy acces to the swimming pool. And the parking facility is perfect.

Spacious apartment with washing machine & cooking facilities, as well as a balcony.

Communication needs improving, and to be initiated by the manager / owner, so that breakfast provisions are agreed upon, and exact time of meeting are resolved.

The host is the friendliest person ever. In the flat you will find everything you need including really nice toiletries

We loved the sea view (we were given a different room than we booked) with comfy balcony. We enjoyed the beach chairs and eggs to cook for breakfast. Many thoughtful extras were supplied here.

We didn’t love the construction noise from the adjoining flat (a temporary problem).

Ellen, the manager was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The location, close to Paseo Marítimo was just what we wanted and the stroll to the old town was a nice walk.

Although there is a car park(included) it was often chaotic. Twice we could not get a space and spent ages looking for street parking close by, and once, we were blocked in, and had to wait an hour before the offending car was moved.

Everything was perfect, near the beach. The room was clean and very nice furnished. The owner recommended us a lot of things. I can recommend this room.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, but the sea view was amazing! There is a parking place! Thanks to Ellen for everything.

Great location, just by the beach. The apartment looks just like in the photos, nice sea front balcony, good A/C. The owner supplies also a beach umbrella that comes in handy!

Good location, underground garage and a nice owner

Very disappointed because the pool was not available. Knowing that we would choose a different hotel because it was important for us. I'm also shocked by the opinions about breakfast that it's fantastic - it was just some croissants and jams put in the fridge!

Host was amazing!

I liked everything.... from being met by Ellen... the beautiful host....to the wonderful location. Everything was spotlessly clean.... I could not find fault with anything....the bed was super comfortable.....there was also air con...WiFi... and a great sea view. I will certainly be back to this property as I am a frequent visitor.... and as a senior citizen....it was perfect.... I could not want for more.

The location was good and it was clean

I was ok with this property up to a point you have to leave a €200 deposit and you will get over that but unfortunately my hotel keys were stolen at the building and they wouldn't bother to check the security cameras just proceeded to charge me €200 for the stolen keys not that makes much difference but in the end it came to €180 totally wrecked my holiday as I had to stay elsewhere to which I couldn't afford I had to find a cheap hostel. It was a bit overboard the cost I'm stolen keys and it was one of those locks that you can change the lock on the inside with a difference s of new keys they would not try to help with the CCTV I'll be more reasonable about the cost as they want to do replace the whole lock with a new one completely but the cost of €200 is a bit overboard.

Ellen is very friendly and a great host, there is almost everything available in the apartment. We will come back!!! :-)
