Location was excellent. To be so close around Keuka lake and Seneca lake allowed for a fantastic experience of various wine tastings. Rebecca served a fabulous breakfast each morning. Both Rebecca and Charles had great stories to tell along with excellent suggestions of different wineries to try.

Even though our cabin was a little chilly, the bed was very comfortable and well blanketed to ensure their guests were warm and comfortable.

Charles and Rebecca are extremely down to earth and helpful and the breakfasts were off the charts. Their advice on wineries was spot on, and when we left an item in the room, Charles mailed it back pronto!

It was all very wonderful. Facilities a bit dated, but it added to the old world charm.

We loved everything! The view, the hospitality, the gourmet scrumptious breakfast. The owners were like concierge at its best with plenty of information available and so welcoming and kind. We definitely will go back there!!!!

Los Gatos was exceptional!! The bed and breakfast is beautiful!!! It is clean, neat, warm, and friendly. The location is perfect. The breakfast was the very best breakfast I have ever had! We would highly recommend Los Gatos!

There is nothing about our stay we were disappointed with.

We really liked the cozy cabin we stayed in, and enjoyed the great breakfasts, and beautiful grounds. This place is not in Penn Yan, but close enough to enjoy what the town and surrounding area have to offer.

Watching TV was a little interesting, because of the L shape of the room--the seating is at one end of the L, and the TV is at the other end. The TV, however, was mounted on a stand that allowed us to get an OK view of it from the chairs.

Breakfast was delicious, and home-grown ingredients made it special. The sitting area on the deck was lovely and quite comfortable

I chose the property expecting, because of the name, a less-conventional setting and menu - Chorizo rather than sausage links. Chilaquiles instead of French toast. This was good American food in a comfortable rural setting. Good but not what I thought I was choosing.

Excellent location, beautiful place. The cabin we stayed was very cozy. The hosts were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us useful tips on places to see!

The breakfast was outstanding!

This breakfast was by far the best that I have had at a bed and breakfast! Lovely presentation, so delicious, and the three courses were very filling. The jams and syrups were made on the property, and available to buy. Our room was on the first floor and very comfortable with an adjoining bathroom. Bottled water was provided in the refrigerator. We appreciated the tv in the room. The little extras made it a spectacular stay. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Extremely clean, beautiful property, very accommodating hosts, delicious plentiful breakfast.

The sage room that we were staying at was right next to the dining room where everyone comes for breakfast. Other rooms are not adjacent to the kitchen and the cabins are separate from the house (few feet away). Minor inconvenience and you lose some privacy with that room, but that is why that room rate is slightly lower.

Lovely place. Hosts were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Cabin was sweet, private and very comfortable. Views were spectacular. Everything powered by solar.

Not a complaint, just a wish: EV charging station. We drive an electric car and had to travel a ways to a supercharger to get electricity. Otherwise, great place to stay. Will definitely recommend.

Engaging Inn Keepers; nice breakfast

Everything met or exceeded expectations. The hosts were amazing. It is not as close to the water as we ideally would like, but it is easy access and great food and drink very close

The inn keepers were so welcoming and the facility was clean and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms featured hand made quilts by the local Amish and the gardens lovely. Wonderful stay and would certainly recommend staying there.

Amazing.. from the gorgeous landscaping, to the wonderful owners, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.The cabins on property are beautiful… private and well appointed. We will be returning.

Breakfast was excellent! While it's located on a main road and you may hear some traffic, it wasn't too bothersome. The backyard deck and garden were an absolute delight - fire pit, gazebo, flowers, etc and a great spot to watch the sunrise. Our hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A variety of coffee, tea, and water were always available.

The delicious homemade breakfast is normally served at 9am which we found a little late since we wanted to go out and explore early. But, our hosts were accommodating about changing to an earlier time when we asked.

Wonderful location, amazing + knowledgable hosts, friendly reception. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts really know their way around the area (they did their homework having moved out recently from Colorado!) They were both very friendly and accommodating, and this is a great place to base yourself when exploring the Finger Lakes.

The room was slightly dated and I could see an improvement/modernization on the horizon. That said with the current cost structure it was a great value, so I wouldn't let this prohibit your stay if you're considering.
