Poor lighting in rooms limited courses at breakfast

Location is perfect for seeing the cbd. Ambiance is 'moody' in a good way. Dark and decorated well giving it a unique feel.

Our room was viewless but the mood compensated for that.

The room was just great and the extra attention to detail like the Dyson hairdryer and the bathroom products were first rate and much appreciated. The hotel overall was really great and the location was perfect for us to explore the city on foot.

Loved the lighting in the room. Well-stocked fridge/bar. Great, deep, relaxing bath in the bathroom. Loved the view from my corner room on the 13th floor and the very comfy armchair.

Im old - I don't know what to with apps??? PLEASE print a piece of paper that tells me where to go for breakfast, what the wifi password is and any other handy pieces of info. It will save me bothering those lovely people at Reception with phone calls of questions.

It is a quirky hotel with a great look. The rooms are moody, the amenities are clean and the rooms smell great. To top it off the body lotion and soaps smell delicious.

The bar fridge had been turned off and not put back on (probably accidental) and the bath robes need replacing, with holes worn through the fabric.

Due to delayed flight, we didn’t check in until 1:30am, night staff were very pleasant and helpful on arrival and offered us a later check out. rooms were quiet, bed comfortable and breakfast was great.

Complementary bottles of water would be fantastic!

Too much lint on the sheets and towels. The second night I didn’t get a room with a bath or an open window but it was pricier for the same type of room.

Location. Luxury.

Water pressure for the bath. Would have taken an hour if I filled it. So left it at half way. Couldn’t watch Tv, would flick off or onto main screen every time.

I liked the location to the shopping precinct and the beautiful Swan River, bed and pillows were excellent and room was perfectly cleaned. Dinner at the bar and grille was excellent. Service at the restaurant was second to none. I'm unsure if I would stay again.

Reception staff were very indifferent, bordering on rude.Room service menus very limited and the ordering app was very clumsy, why do I need to use a app.for everything? I didn't particularly like the incredibly dark passage ways leading to the rooms. Breakfast menu in the restaurant was very limited.

Rooms were well kept, clean and ail amenities were in working order. The front desk Staff were excellent, in particular Ms Nira, extremely helpful, outstanding staff.

The amenities within the bathroom were ok however, all vanity kits were empty!!. This also surprised the room service staff when they came in. otherwise acceptable. Room size of 36Sq meter did not feel as such. The Spanish restaurant could have a larger variety in chicken, fish and lamb.

No complaints it was great:)

Auto wird geparkt und man kommt erst am Ende des Aufenthaltes wieder planmäßig ran. Okay ist in der Stadt vielleicht nicht notwendig. Aber hätten wir das genauer gewusst, hätten wir erst gar keins gebucht. Personal nett, aber manchmal etwas unwissend

value for money was terrible, our room was looking over a dingy building with graffiti, food selection for breakfast and room service was poor, for the price no one even took our bags up to our room
