Object is part of a few same houses built around a nice and very clean pool. Interieur is nothing special but good enough. A/C's work very well and efficiency can be enforced by ceiling ventilators. For parking it is better to use a mo re public one on the other side as there is a quite big bump to be crossed entering private parking space - we slightly damaged base of our rental car as to bumps height.
Restaurants are 5mins walk away, shops/bakery about 10-15mins walk. Supermarket 5mins by car.
Various beaches can be reached by car in 5-10mins.
Location is very quiet and best choice for people looking for cheap/nice accomodation ex hotel for holidays on Paphos.
We really enjoyed a lot and definitely will come back. And Cyprus is a very nice island with friendly people and still rather cheap prices (compared to Italy and Croatia).

The villa was clean and tidy on arrival. However, our first impression was that it was very tired and areas needed updating. When we booked the villa it stated that there was a BBQ included, we subsequently found out that there wasn't a BBQ and the owner has now corrected this in the listing. Also, it states that there were 2 bathrooms, this is incorrect as one of the bathrooms is only a toilet and hand basin. All 3 sun-loungers were broken on arrival, however, these were replaced with 2 new ones soon after we advised the owner. The parasol that was provided was too small and didn't fit the base, and was therefore unusable. There were only 3 chairs for the outside table for 4 people.
However, despite the above, the location was good with easy access to bars and supermarkets. The pool was clean and well looked after, but the lifeguard was intermittent and therefore the pool closed sign seemed to be used a lot, although local residents appeared to ignore this and use the pool anyway. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for a very good shower.
We had an enjoyable stay but think that some updating is required to bring it up to a standard that we have experienced with other Vrbo villas.

A lovely sized villa with beautiful terrace and pool. Everything you needed for a great stay. Location is also amazing with just a short walk to fantastic bars and restaurants and you can also walk to the harbour in about 20-25 mins.

I had a wonderful stay here. The villa and pool are very well presented and the cleanliness was second to none. We were provided great info about the property and surrounding areas prior to our arrival and recommendations on what to do which made us get the most out of our stay.Would definitely recommend!

Let's get one thing clear.. there are two properties available here and the one we had is not the one advertised. We had 33 and not 34! It is next door to that in the pictures. The location, outside area and pool are fantastic. They are regularly maintained (daily) and clean. You are within easy walking distance to a range of bars, shops and restaurants. Lidl supermarket and the harbour are in easy reach with just a short and cheap bus ride away.
It was slightly disappointing to begin with to find that the property we had rented was not the property advertised here on HomeAway. This is an honest review and I feel all potential renters should be aware of this.
The property is identical in layout although slightly tired and could do with some stocking of basic items. The furniture was broken and our beds pinned together with some metal plates. We noticed straight away as the furnishing are no way as nice as those in the actual listed property. This property is listed as sleeping up to 6 which you would not want to do. It would be very cramped especially with one bathroom and 2 needing to sleep on a sofa bed. The kitchen is under stocked with very few glasses, no cafetière, tea towels or oven gloves. This may sound trivial although actually very practical when staying in a self-catered property. We actually bought some glasses and not sure what you would do if there were 5 or 6 of you staying and wanted to drink wine and eat together. It lacked enough knives and forks! Our oven did not work either but to be fair this was sorted out pretty quickly by contacting the relevant people to help.
This property also only contained two sun-beds outside - one of which was broken. Again a consideration if you have a few of you staying! The property next door - the one we thought we had rented had four!
I feel with a little money spending on the property in updating and replenishing it could be a great property and we felt slightly let down to begin with. It no way spoilt our holiday but
I do believe that it should also be clear on the advertisement on HomeAway. If there are two properties, fine although they should be identical in the way they look and with adequate facilities inside.
We would certainly return to the area and these properties although I would want to be sure it was what was advertised! If renting, enquire which one it is as I feel everyone has a right to know this beforehand.

We had a fantastic time at Eden Gardens a lovely villa with all the comforts of home. Perfectly located to enjoy the nightlife on the Tomb of Kings Road yet set back enough to be very quiet and peaceful with a nice clean well maintained pool which we spent lots of hours in as it was so hot and sunny. A big thank you to Johnny the owner for all his help nothing is too much trouble for him. We highly recommend staying here to anyone and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect apartment for our holiday. It had everything we needed inside and the complex is great. 5 minute walk from bars and restaurants and so quiet during the day and night.
I would not hesitate in recommending this place to my friends or family and when I do come back to Paphos I have no doubts I will stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom appartment. Everything you need is there and there is enough space to put your belongings.
The house is in a quiet street but restaurants and shops are close by. The sea is about 10 to 15 minutes walk.
The pool is nice and only a few people used it during our stay.
I definitely would come here again!

Really nice villa; we were there in winter so daddy too cold to enjoy swimming in the stunning pool but still had breakfast on the terrace overlooking it every single morning. Communication with Jonathan was super easy and quick; everything was sorted promptly and check in/out made super easy. We also appreciated the flexibility of Jonathan who added a high chair and a cot for our little one; the welcoming food&wine were great as well as we arrived late! The location was perfect for us; we could walk to the beach but also to the city centre and the nearby archaeological sites. Definitely recommend staying there!

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean, and had all we needed for a great stay. The pool was not crowded at all and was so close that it felt like we were staying in a villa with our own private pool. The air conditioning throughout was fantastic as it was so hot outside, but pool and sunbeds were so close that it was easy to just walk in and cool off. Good restaurants and bars close by, lots of choice and bus service was very easy to use and cheap. Would very much recommend this place to my friends.

Our immediate impression was of a clean well appointed villa in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, when we stayed in , and the open plan living space was large and comfortable, with TV, Internet and benefited from air con. This led onto a peaceful secluded outside space, and then onto the glorious shared pool. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and air con, which was needed. It's also in a great location, close to historic attractions as well as excellent restaurants and Paphos is a pleasant stroll away. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend It.

The owner Jonathan was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and was always on hand to answer any of our questions.
We arrived in Paphos in the evening and got a taxi to Eden Gardens. The taxi is quite expensive but there is actually a bus stop directly opposite the arrival exit where the 612 bus will take you all the way to Paphos harbour for a very cheap 1.50 euros each. Timetable is on pafosbuses.com. From the harbour you can then take a taxi to the villa which is only 5 minutes away.
The villa itself was wonderful. On our arrival a bottle of wine and fresh fruit was provided for us. The villa is immaculate. All crockery and glassware and every possible kitchen item you could want is provided as well as an ironing board and cushions for the chairs in the cupboard under the stairs.
The bed linen is fresh and towels are provided in each of the two bedrooms.
Outside there is a courtyard with sunbeds and a table with chairs which lead on to a lovely pool area.
The location of the villa is great and is just a 5 minute walk from all the restaurant and bars. We throughly recommend Metaxas restaurant, trust me, you will love the food for a very reasonable price!
The bus stop is also located on the main strip by the villa which connects the harbour and coral bay.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to go back. Jonathan was so helpful throughout and really made us feel welcome.

Great location, situated close enought to stroll to most places and just set back enough to be quiet when you need it. Overall the house is furnished well with all the things you need for a short or long stay, the pool is clean and well managed as is the small complex that the house is situated within. The local management headed by Andrius are very attentive to your needs and he will go the extra mile for you. This was our first visit to Pahos and we would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation was spacious, airy and clean which was ideal in the warm weather conditions. We really loved the fact you can open the patio doors and walk out to the swimming pool. The mod cons were great including Wi-Fi (perfect for access to English TV via the iPad). The apartment is ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants providing you with the choice to either eat out or sometimes we would eat in. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family..

Well maintained townhouse with wonderful pool and within walking distance of town centre, old city and seaside. We found this to be a really well equipped rental, spotlessly clean, quiet and really homely. Location is just great - you can reach wondeful resturants, bakery, farmers market by walk.
The beach is on a walking distance, but we prefered another one (Coral Bay - it takes 15-20 minutes to reach it by bus).
The weather during May till the mid of June is just right. It was always lovely and not too hot.
