In der Natur verschlungen und wohnen neben einem kleinen Schlucht dieses Grundstück ist komplett von einer Steinmauer umgeben und vollständig von einem Kamera-Sicherheitssystem geschützt.

Marmortreppe führt Sie bis vor die Haustür und am Eingang der Villa gibt es eine große offene Fläche, bestehend aus Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein Heimkino, dem Indoor-Essbereich und Zugang zu den wichtigsten Balkon. Auch auf dieser Etage befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Alle verfügen über einen direkten Zugang zum Pool und Grillplatz.
Die erste Etage ist über eine Holztreppe erreicht. Hier liegt das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein eigenes Badezimmer, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Ausgang zu einer riesigen Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick hat. Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist ebenfalls auf dieser Etage.
Auf der unteren Etage der Villa haben Sie die Waschküche, das Fitness-Studio-Spielbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Bad mit Dusche.

The villa Victoria was perfect for our family of 4 and, frankly, it would easily have fit another 4 people while still giving them their space. The pool was beautiful, especially for our post-beach time. The balcony at the back became our favorite spot to sit and watch the landscape. It was also a very private location which was great for us.
The host was very responsive and helpful, including coming to our rescue when I locked us out!
All in all, this was a wonderful spot.

Impressive villa, equipped with everything you might need. Great pool and outside eating area with barbecue / wood stove / fridge for long Al fresco evenings. Hot tub large enough to share. Bedrooms all luxuriously fitted out and a great kitchen. We were regular customers at the two mini markets in the village, and at Christo’s excellent taverna. All near enough to walk to. Our two year old loved the animals close to the villa, and our athletes loved running round the University campus and even the 3 mile downhill lope into Rethymno. We used the grocery delivery service for a mammoth shop to be ready for our arrival and it was well worth it - we could settle straight into our holiday. The villa owner Vicky and the etouri team made sure we had plenty of ideas for local restaurants and excursions. We used the Private Dining service and loved it - wonderful food and no clearing up! We loved the Amari valley both for the archeological museum and sites and for the fabulous tavernas. Local beaches were fine - we usually went towards the end of the day when the heat started to drop.

This beautiful villa is exactly as advertised. In fact, it's better than advertised. One example, is the many fruit trees filling the front yard. Vicky, the owner, encouraged us to pick any fruit we desired. This was a first, and a pleasant surprise. We loved the total privacy, amazing view, hot tub, pool and outdoor amenities. The villa, itself, is as inviting and comfortable as depicted. There's nothing more we could have wanted. The kitchen and refrigerator was stocked with fresh, local foods, drinks, coffee, and water. This went way beyond 'just the necessities'. Of course, the hot tub was amazing after long days of sight seeing. As for sight seeing...I think the location of the villa (in Rethymno) is perfect. The whole island is accessible from this centraI location. We also enjoyed the old town of Rethmno over any other Cretan towns. Old town was amazing. Lastly, I think that what sets this villa apart is the wonderful owners, Vicky and Kostas. They ensured that every creature comfort was available upon our arrival. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully they engaged during our stay. We experienced uncommonly bad weather for a few days. Vicky texted us suggestions of things we could do around the island, despite the bad weather. She also texted restaurant suggestions (of local favorites). We truly appreciated their personal care. Thank you Vicky and Kostas! We hope to to visit again.

Perfect villa for family holiday. 2 kids and 9 adults - loved the pool, great BBQ, central location for travelling around. Rethymno very lively town and great for evenings. Would highly recommend this villa.

Séjour exceptionnel et au Top!!!
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette superbe villa, ne cherchez plus c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la villa et visiter la Crète. Nous étions en famille 10 adultes 2 ados et un bébé (2ans). Tout le monde était enchanté par la Crète et par la villa Victoria. Rien ne manque tout est au top!!! Le four à pizza fonctionne à merveille, le jacuzzi a fait l'unanimité, la piscine parfaite pour les enfants.... Si nous reviendrons? Certainement!! la gentillesse des crétois et l'accueil de vicki nous manque déjà!!! Merci!! Merci!!

Ein wiklich toller Urlaub
Wir haben schon oft Familien Urlaub in einem fremden Haus gemacht. Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen. Es ist liebevoll und Hochwertig eingerichtet. Von Miele Geräten in der Küche, einem Curve Monitor im Wohnzimmer, WLAN im ganzen Haus und auch im Garten ist es teschnisch sehr gehoben eingerichtet. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gut gefüllt, die Übergabe war herzlich. Wir haben viele gute Tips bekommen. Das Haus ist in einem Tadellosen Zustand. Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster, eletrische Rolladen, jeder Raum mit Klimaanlage. Steckdosen in jeder Ecke. Wirklich ein schönes Objekt.
Wir hatten wirklich schöne Tage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig,

Couldn't have been better!
We stayed at Villa Victoria as a large family in June 2021. It was our first visit to Crete and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The villa was perfectly suited to our needs (including four children aged 7 months to 5 years) and ideally located to explore the local town and beautiful beaches. Victoria and Kostas made us feel instantly welcome and couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a brilliant holiday.
The villa itself had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well-equipped, everything was very clean and the outside barbecue area was an added bonus. The pool has several steps leading into the shallow end, which made it perfect for the children. And the hot tub was great for the adults! The grounds around the villa were well-kept and include a lovely orchard and vegetable patch which you can help yourself to.
We would highly recommend this villa (and Crete!) to anyone looking for a place to relax, enjoy good food and beautiful beaches.

Super Villa mit allem Komfort
Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 2-17 Jahren und wir haben es alle sehr genossen. Fitnessraum wurde fast täglich benutzt. Ein Plus war auch die überdachte Essecke im Garten. Einziges Problem. Tisch war zu klein für 13 Personen so dass wir noch einen zusätzlichen hinstellen mussten. Die Agentur etouri war jederzeit erreichbar und hat und beim Reservieren von Restaurants oder anderen Angelegenheiten sehr unterstützt. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

The Beautiful Villa Victoria
We have had the best time and holiday 2 weeks at Villa Victoria located just outside the beautiful town of Rethymno we are a family of 12 ages ranging from 82 years old to 13 months old the villa was perfect for all our needs plenty of space for everyone, each room with it's own balcony . Garden, bbq area , pool area and jacuzzi are very spacious and beautifully equiped. The only negatives being the 2 bedrooms on the middle floor off the kitchen the mattress are very uncomfortable they are rock hard I did speak to the owner Vicky and called our personal concierge after the first night to let them know and ask could mattress toppers be provided but was told they did not have any which was disapointing for such a highly rated villa. The lovely cleaning lady Marietta came every 2nd day and did a great job leaving everything spotless. There are several options for getting food delivered menus and numbers provided.
The Etouri personal concierge is a huge bonus they are extremely helpful it is a great service. All in all we had an amazing time I would highly recommend this Villa it was a dream location.

The House was Perfect but booking with FEWO-Direct is TERRIBLE!
everything in the house was nice! we had a very good time.
But the booking process with Fewo-Direkt was horrable. We tried to book different villas and got a confirmation shortly and afterwards Fewo-Direct canceled the booking because they are unable to sincronize their booking callendars with the house owners. Super Bad Service at the telephone!!!

A great villa. We loved it. Was perfect for our two weeks in Crete with family and friends.
We loved the villa.
Well equipped throughout. It made our holiday, providing a base for other visiting friends and family who were in Crete to celebrate our wedding.
The pool and spa were excellent and had great views out to sea. We made use of the outdoor covered bbq area.
Master bedroom was massive with separate terrace, walk in wardrobe and on suit. Other bedrooms were also good.
The owner was friendly but gave us our privacy.
We highly recommend. If we can, we will be back...

Wow! Fantastic!!
What a beautiful villa. It is spacious, very clean, well maintained, has everything we could ask for. The villa has lots of different seating areas - around the pool, shady balconies, and the bbq area (where we spent most evenings playing cards). Plenty of space for our 3 generation family party.
The villa owners are responsive, friendly, informative and happy to answer any questions. The customer service was excellent too.
Margarita, the housekeeper, is a marvel! We wanted to take her home.
We would recommend Christo’s ( the village restaurant), Baja beach resort, Kournas lake, the nearby horse riding school and Stelio the chef and his team.
We would all highly recommend this property.

Wonderful spacious fully equipped villa, backed up by very responsive owners to any requests
We were a group of 10 adults who spent a week at this brilliant villa. We made full use of the numerous features including the jacuzzi, gym, pizza oven, pool and fully equipped kitchen. Sometimes more focus should be paid to the response to a problem rather than the problem itself. We had one example of this when the water supply in the area was cut off for 2 days. The owner Kostas reacted by craning in 2 additional 1000 litre tanks onto the roof and plumbed them into the existing tank, ensuring the villa will be fully protected against water supply issues in the future. We were hugely impressed by the owners actions. The villa was cleaned and bedding/towels changed every other day. We preferred not to hire a car, instead used taxi’s and hired a quad bike for trips to the local mini market. We used the near by tennis courts (bring your own rackets & balls). We have very fond memories of our stay at Villa Victoria and fully recommend it. Regards Patrick

Fantasisk sted.
Vi var 10 personer, 5 voksne og 5 barn som hadde en fantastisk uke på dette flotte stedet. Beliggende i rolige omgivelser, med masse uteplass for barnene å boltre seg på.
Innendørs var alt som forventet, og litt til, med god plass og perfekte løsninger.
Et ekstra pluss til et kjempehyggelig vertskap.

Amazing property, better than expected
After viewing the video and seeing all of the pictures, our expectations were pretty high, and I would say that for the most part, they were exceeded. The Villa is immaculate, and the service is exceptional. We stayed with four other couples and there was more than enough room for everyone. The villa is really beautiful, and full stocked, including a very generous amount of welcome food, anything we would need for breakfast, snacks, etc on our first day. What we didn't anticipate was the beautiful orchard and the ability to eat fresh peaches each day. Over the course of the week, with everybody coming and going in different directions, I'm sure that other than the playground, every amenity was enjoyed. Vicky is such a gracious hostess, really enjoyed visiting with her, and the on call staff were very helpful. At one point ants were discovered in one of the main level bedrooms, and someone was sent right away to give us spray, and the owner arranged for the perimeter for the villa to be sprayed asap. The only concerns that our companions had were that the main level beds(in both rooms) were very uncomfortable for them and 3 of the 5 rooms were much smaller than portrayed in the pictures. I don't believe this would be an issue at all for families, however, when adults are splitting the price, it is a bit disappointing for a few. Additionally, some of us arrived at night, and even with the GPS, the signs to the villa are not easily seen because of the lack of streetlights. It was very difficult to find, and one of our companions needed to come and find us to guide us in. Maybe reflective paint on the sign would help? Overall, however, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location on the island is perfect to explore anywhere, the villa is outstanding the service was really exceptional. Thank you to the owners and staff.

Amazing Villa
We had an amazing holiday (3 weeks, family, 6 pers.) in this wonderful Villa Viktoria. The house was in excellent condition, very clean, modern and functional. We loved the peace and privacy and the kids the pool. The warmly owner Vicki and Kostas have helped us with all things, even a warm welcome meal. We recommend the villa without restrictions. We have just come back from a fortnight at Villa Victoria and feel completely refreshed and relaxed. Villa Victoria is by far the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything is provided for you...charcoal for the BBQ, wood for the Pizza oven, dishwasher tablets etc. If we needed anything or had any questions the owners, Vicky and Kostas, were easily contactable and readily helped us out from helping us sort out car hire to helping us order food to be delivered. When we arrived at the villa we were met by Vicky and Kostas who immediately made us feel very welcome and had even cooked us some delicious food which was very much appreciated at half past ten at night. The grounds are exactly as the pictures show and there is so much space that you can always find a quiet spot, either in the shade or the lovely Cretan sun. The villa was spotlessly clean and was kept that way throughout the stay, being thoroughly cleaned every two days. There is a small mini market within walking distance which has all the basic necessities and is run by a very friendly local. There is also Christo's Taverna about a 15 minutes walk away which we would definitely recommend for good value, home cooked Greek food with a wonderfully welcoming host.

Highly recommended villa
Just returned from a fabulous holiday. We rented this villa and our expectations were more than met. The family were so welcoming and helpful that you couldn't expect anything more. The villa is wonderful and the pool and facilities are just amazing! Everyone is so helpful. There is also a line in the house directly to the manager and they organised anything and everything we needed easily.

An astonishing experince
When you arrive later in the night (due to a flight delay), and you desire only to have a shower and eat something before pass out on a bed, it's difficult that something or someone can amaze you. Vicky and Kostas were able to amaze all of us with their hospitality. An excellent Cretean dinner was in the kitchen ready for all of us (we were 5 adults and 6 children), the villa was perfectly prepared for our arrival and we found also all we need for the day after breakfast and not only.
The villa is beautiful, full of everything you need and has a very high level households and equipment. It is surrounded by stillness and peace and you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by car, as well as Rethymno downtown.
The bedrooms are big and comfortable and there is a planned cleaning service every 2 days.
I can tell more and more about the villa, it's perfect. But what makes your experience so special are Vicky and Kostas, with their availability, their willingness to help and support you 24h and their distinguished hospitality.

A stunning and beautiful villa
We have spent the last 10 years renting villas in Europe and this is undoubtedly the best villa we have stayed in. Throughout the booking process we liaised with Kostas Vasilakis who was extremely friendly and very helpful and kept us updated with information regarding our booking at regular intervals. He also recommended autodifferent.com who we booked our airport transfers with and also our car hire. We spoke a number of times with the area manager Andreas Manioudakis who like Kostas was very friendly and helpful.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owners Vicky and her husband Kostas and their children. After showing us around their fabulous villa they purchased a meal for us all which was delivered to the villa. This was a kind and thoughtful gesture which was greatly appreciated by our group of 9 people. Once we were settled in Vicky and Kostas left us to explore the villa and it's grounds. They had also left us a very comprehensive welcome package including tea, coffee, wine, beer and food which again was very kind of them.
The villa is extremely well equipped especially the kitchen and the barbeque areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area which easily accommodates 10 people as does the dinning area at the barbeque area. As well as the barbeque there is an oven which is heated by burning wood and we were able to bake pizzas in it. For the more adventurous Vicky recommends cooking a roast a dinner!
The swimming pool is large and is an eco pool and is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and a further seating area. There is also a comfortable sofa area near the barbeque and further seating in the orchard.
Vicky and Kostas had showed us the orchard and the vegetable garden and invited us to pick as much fruit and vegetables as we wanted, which we did and it was very tasty.
The villa inside was decorated and furnished to a high standard with all rooms being air conditioned with electric shutters which could be closed at night. The lounge was extremely comfortable as was the main terrace which looks out to sea. The beds were comfortable and the linen was changed every 3 days by Maria who once again could not have been more helpful and kept the villa clean and tidy. The gym is also fully equipped for the more energetic!
Finally we would like to thank Vicky and Kostas and the people of Crete for making our holiday so special and memorable and we will have no hesitation in booking this wonderful villa again. Many thanks, Martin.

More then great!
We stayed at villa Victoria with a family of 12 persons, ages from 2 months till 83 years, and we were all very happy during our 12-day stay. The villa is very spacious and luxe, the garden is beautiful and attracts a lot of butterflies and birds, the pool big enough for ours of fun, all day a little wind, Rethymnon is a great city reachable within a few minutes, cleaning by Maria was spotless and most memorabele was the very warm welcome Vicky and her family gave us the first night: we did arrive very late and hungry, they orders in for us a great Greek meal and there were could drinks (and the fridge makes icecubes...). It was an unforgettable and more then great experience!!
