Small and friendly Greek hotel. Location set back very quiet and peaceful not a large property beautiful grounds and staff. If your looking for a large all inclusive this is not the place for you. 8 choices for main dinner one always pasta. Salad station and a desert station small all inclusive more.adult hotel I would say no entertainment which was nice.

Staff Staff Staff Staff was always ready to fulfil the guests needs. Pool and room location regarding the pool. The hotel was very calm as it had only recently started the season (we know this is not good for the hotel, but it felt very good to enjoy the peace)

Poor Wifi in the room. Shower cabinet with courtains Not much food variety but it was understandable as the Hotel was far below the full capacity. (however the manager was always avaiilable to help in this)

Loved this small and friendly all inclusive. Our room was bright and clean with a fabulous balcony and a stunning mountain view. All the hotel staff are amazing. George, the restaurant manager is amazing, he helped us with a birthday table for our friend. Yannis & Panos are great on the bar. Front desk are very friendly and helpful. The food choice is small but really delicious. We would definitely stay here again. See you again, Tracy & Lee

Staff were helpful with my elderly father and helped with location of room for his limited mobility.

Drinks and food selection were a little limited. No brandy at all and menu fairly similar every day.

It was a very relaxed vibe. I liked the cappuccino in the morning, the pools were good & the room was fine it had a nice view of mountains

The food was poor all out of a tin for breakfast not fresh & not much choice. They did not clean up very good. 1st night our room had no air on so no sleep we asked to move rooms which they let us. No snack bar available & only choice of a few drinks to choose from

good location, really nice bar staff & good local bars including STAR Bar & Dinner! The pool was nice and always seats to bathe.

For starters do not believe this hotel is all inclusive, it’s more FULL BOARD with drinks IF they are available, the remaining three days at the hotel there were no refill stations available & had to line up to the bar to get a drink other than water. There are no pizzas or burgers available at any point during your stay as stated in description, there is no “snack bar” available & any additional snacks you want, you need to either buy at the on site shop which the staff was very friendly, or head down the road to the nearest shop which charges €5 for a small can of deodorant. Night & daytime reception staff came off as rude, bored & unhelpful, with wrong information provided in regards to bus times, car hire & actual room charges. The shower facilities within our room were very poor compared to others, having a shower was like jumping into a swimming pool, water everywhere and not enough towels or matts to soak it up meaning dragging water throughout the flat after showering. The bed was okay, a little stiff but overall easy to sleep in after busy days out. When purchasing through booking.com, you pay taxes & additional charges which are INCLUDED in the room rate, on arrival or on leave, you are required to pay €3 per night “room tax” which is only accepted by CASH & no information is provided to why there is an additional tax fee when fees have already been covered in the room rate paid to booking.com. This happened at the end of our stay and the nearest ATM is several streets over & almost made us late for our transfer. Really good bus links and never too far from something to do! Car hire is cheap aswell but reception not very helpful as got a car organised for us then after a extended wait, told us we are unable to drive the car due to the insurance age limit being 23 and over, my partner is under 23 but has more than 2 years experience driving.

First impresion negative.. and nothing changed during our stay. Hotel nothing like been described online. We have visited many 4 star hotels as well as 3 and 5 including Rhodos too and this definitely isn't worth more than 2 star. 1. Staff - not dressed up formal, no uniform, difficult to say who works there. Only 1 waiter who also was a cleaner and barman for first 3 days of our stay, after people complained they have put someone from kitchen to help him out. 2. Rooms - not cleaned well when we arrived we had to spray floor to get rid of ants! They have only change towels everyday but not cleaned anything during our stay. 3. Food - very poor quality! No desert for lunch or dinner, only for breakfast simple crostants. Pretty much same food every day. Only 2 or sometimes 3 types of meat to choose from. No snack bar but they have listed it in all inclusive service. 4. Tables dirty, not cleaned regularly. 5. No towel service for swimming pool anymore this year and we have only been notified when we arrived. Eventually they gave us 1 towel each for 7 nights but towels been dirty not sure they have been washed and each completely different and looked like left overs from 10 years ago. We went on the market and bought new ones. 6. One open bar for first 4 days of our stay then they've opened secone one next to second swimming pool after people complained. 7. On day 4 in the morning I came to make a coffee and when I tried to put milk in I had to open can and found that milk wasnt fresh and already looked already like a cheese!!! Disgusting. 8. I've asked for cold coffee frape and got normal black hot coffee from machine. 9. Seen that hotel been discibed as suitable for family with children but there was no swimming pool for little kids and not even one lifeguard at the pool! Honestly I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for more than 2start hotel. 

Service was quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly and ready to satisfy your needs. The prices are low.
