A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, szép volt a kilátás a teraszról, minden nap takarították a szobát, a melegvíz viszonylag hamar jött mindig.

Nem igazán értem a sok jó értékelést; a konyha felszerelése nem volt jó; sok volt a szúnyog és nincsen sehol szúnyogháló; a szállás olyan helyen van, ahova mindenképp kell bérelt autó; az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen és kemény volt (nem aludtam egy hétig normálisan); a csapvíz nyomása állandóan ingadozott.

The studios are close to the beach, a few stores and some restaurants. The area was quiet and nice.

They did not have our room ready, although we arrived one hour past the start of the check-in time. We had to wait another hour or so. The apartment was very dirty, the kitchen utensils were dirty, there were spider webs in the corners of the studio and dust all over the place, even in the wardrobe. The air conditioning did not work at all. We tried to tell the owner, he tried to fix it, but he could not. The original remote for the air conditioning was missing and he had other universal ones. In the last day, they tried to tell us to leave earlier than the check-out, the cleaning lady insisting the other guests arrived and she has to clean the room. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We truly did not understand the score this place has on booking. It should not be considered more than an 8 in our opinion, even though the price is somewhat ok.

Very helpful and warm owners, a stunning garden, great views of the sea in the distance and total quietude at night. The location needs a scooter/car to explore the island but has very good restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Absolute recommendation for the great price!

The walls are thin and when people talk, have their door open to the balkony or switch their AC on, you can hear it (if your door is open). Some late night returns or activities seem to happen in your room. But when you close the balkony door, it is very quiet. You miss out on the fresh air then, though.

The owners of Ruassi Studios are really nice, friendly and helpful. They personally take care of unexpectedly green garden, clean the rooms etc. The room is very clean, the nearest sandy beach is really in 200 metres. Not luxury but perfectly fits. I would be happy to come back!

The kitchenette might be just a bit more equipped: e.g. 1 cutting board, 1 carving knife, 1 wooden/silicon spoon would be essential. The bathroom would be more usable with 2 more hooks and/or shelves

Ruassi Studios are definitely great value for money. Very clean, very good WI-FI in every corner of the house and garden, very friendly and helpful hosts. Pictures reflect the facility faithfully. The jewel of the property is the lovely garden, which in reality looks even better than on pictures. The grass is so thick and smooth as a carpet. The main beach and good restaurants are within 3 minutes walk, Supermarkets 5 minutes. We enjoyed the stay at Dionysios’ house and would recommend it warmly.

We didn’t have any reasons for complain.
