This is a great apartment in the perfect location - the beach is your backyard, and it is right in the middle of everything. Our kids loved the easy access to the sand and water and we loved being able to spend evenings on the deck looking out over the water. Everything in Ptown was walkable from here, we were right in the center yet also weren’t disturbed by noise because the apartment is in the back facing the water instead of the street.

Really lovely property in a great part of town. Located right in the heart of things, but still tranquil with beach access for lovely walks. Great deck with harbour views. Definitley would come back and stay again.

We had a very relaxing weekend stay at Val’s place. Woke up with a beautiful view of the bay and coffee. Walked along the Commercial St packed with interesting little shops, restaurants, and clubs. Went for a swim at the beach, and saw many seals. :)

Spacious accommodation located in the heart of everything with unbelievable beachfront access and views. A quiet hideaway when it's time to wind down from the day. Easy access to coffee, cannabis, and some of the finest food on Cape Cod.

We love staying at Val's place in Ptown. It is in the perfect location, the space is excellent with spacious common space, 2 matching sized bedrooms and bathrooms (which was perfect for 2 couples - no one felt that they were slighted), and a great deck with view of the water. The condo building had a little private feeling beach and the coffee shop was steps from the unit. Can't wait to get back for another wonderful vacation!

We absolutely loved our week staying at this condo - the bedrooms were roomy, the living room was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the deck and views were amazing, and all this just a few steps from the beach and a few steps to all that Commercial Street has to offer. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and check-in and parking was easy, which made our stay easy and stressful.

We loved our stay here. The location was so convenient to all of the things we wanted to get to, and the deck with views of the beach was our favorite place to hang. Bedroom and bathroom sizes were all great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry was very convenient. Only thing that was not on par with the rest was the bedroom and living room furniture — way too soft and not comfortable. Maybe ok for others but for 3 larger men it was not the quality we were expecting. Still absolutely loved our stay here and we’re grateful everyday for having a beautiful space to return to each day of our trip.

Perfect Place to Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly situated and was very clean and well stocked with what you need. It was wonderfully decorated and exceptionally maintained. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The weather got bad on Saturday night so we stayed in an watched movies in the comfortable living room. Val was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We recommend this place very much. J and S.

Wonderfully updated and comfy Lon a central location
We really enjoyed our time in the 2B2B on commercial street. Open concept between the kitchen and living room made the unit seem large and comfortable. The window views to the bay were great. Nicely updated kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms with a good size deck overlookimg the bay made us all feel at home and wanting to spend many hours at the condo. You really can’t go wrong renting this unit, it has so many great features. There is a unit above in which sometimes you can hear patio furniture moving around, but based on the layout of the building, that is expected.

Stunning View on the water
Very well maintained 2nd floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with the best of both worlds, on Commercial street in the middle of all the activity but it is quiet since it is on the backside of the building. Has an stunning living room window view of the water and pier and has a beautiful beach below the balcony. This property is very clean and updated with excellent appliances and HVAC. Be patient with the property manager as she can be slow to respond to your inquiries.

Amazing Place
This place was amazing as soon as we walked in the door… fresh flowers, spotless, and views for miles… and not to mention that it’s located in a prime location on Commercial St. Val (owner) was great and checked in multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Wonderful little condo overlooking the water. We had a lovely time. There is only one parking spot, so be sure to carpool or plan on paying for overnight parking if you have more than one car.

The property is exactly as presented on VRBO. The location is is fantastic!!! The view-unbelievable! There were some issues which need to be addressed. The owner is aware of them and will take care of things before renting again. Wonderful rental!!!!!

A Beautiful Oceanside Getaway
Valerie's home was a beautiful getaway in Provincetown, my favorite place in the world. Clean and centrally located, yet quiet for being directly in the middle of town, it was an amazing stay. The balcony is perfect for sunsets, and the proximity to morning coffee and pastries was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Even the neighbors (or perhaps other guests) were friendly. The two bedrooms were a great size, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the living space is also quite accommodating. I highly suggest this VRBO for any interested parties ... so long as it's not a weekend that I want!

Condo review
Property was nice but wasn’t crazy about the location. There’s a bar on either side of the condo so it did get noisy at times. Kinda small for 4 adults would be ok for 2 adults 2kids. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect Digs in the Perfect Town
For our second year in a row, Valerie's place was an absolute dream! I cannot express how perfect it is. Great layout and bedroom sizes, not to mention 2 bathrooms that are completely redone and just a wonderful modern but homey feel. And of course there isn't a better view available than the one out the windows and the patio. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Four of us have now stayed several times in this amazing home, and each visit is better than the last. There is no better location in all of Provincetown.
This visit we had the pleasure of spending an afternoon sharing some laughs with the owner herself. Although it was the first time we ever met face-to-face, it truly felt like we have always been long-term friends !
If you're reading multiple property reviews in hopes of finding a better place to stay in Provincetown, you can stop reading now. It doesn't get better than this.

Perfect P-Town Escape
We were a little short on time for our whirlwind visit to Provincetown. Valerie's place, being right in the center of town, made our explorations easy to accomplish and the condo and it's sprawling deck provided a welcome respite in between the activities. We loved watching the water view change throughout the day and have a zillion photos to prove it. Valerie was easy to work with and provided super zippy and informative responses to any and all of our questions. The teenagers enjoyed being so close to town and had fun roaming around on their own. Everyone loved the easy access to excellent coffee and treats just below the condo. My only complaint would be not having more time to sit and relax on that deck! We will have to come back!

Prime Location and View
This is a nicely renovated two-bedroom, 2-bath with the most wonderful view of the bay.
When inside or on the deck, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful but step outside to Commercial Street and you are in the middle of all the action! (If you get up early, you are treated to an amazing sun rise!) There is a bar next door with an outside deck and although it was quite busy, the sound never travelled to our deck beyond a "white noise" level. Valerie is a very responsive owner and was lovely to deal with. Having had many friends stay a week in P-town, I know this unit to be very, very fairly priced. I have stayed here twice before and hope to stay many times over in the future.

Perfect ocean view paradise for a Ptown Getaway!
Absolutely loved Valerie's home. It was in the middle of everything yet felt like a secluded paradise. Perfect layout for a comfortable vacation. Completely updated kitchen and bathrooms with great showers, perfect for after a day at the beach. Already booking for next summer! Rare find for sure!

Great stay, owner is very responsive and accommodating!
Stayed for one night at the start of the summer season and we had a unique situation that required early check in. The owner (Valerie) was wonderful and accommodated our requests. The condo is literally in the best part of P-Town, walking distance to everything that Commercial Street has to offer. The views are beautiful. The unit was clean and in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful, Sunny, Delightful Condo on the Water!
We had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend staying at this condo. It is super clean, centrally located, and tastefully updated. The condo has all the modern conveniences you could want: air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3D smart TV, high speed internet and WiFI. Plus it is right on the water. Close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!
