The location was perfect if arriving by train . The room was as expected and clean.

We asked for a top bed sheet but told they were unable to supply. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and often could not get on at all.

It’s at perfect location, everything is at walking distance and tram station is just outside. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Location and value for money was very good

Check in involved no staff and I never met anyone who worked in the building during the entire stay. The walls were quite thin leading to being disturbed by other guests late into the night.

The location is perfect. Five minutes walking from the train station, and everything else in the city center is reachable in a 5-10 walk. The staff is amazing, they are a nice, beutiful family. They treated us with kindness and generosity, Don't miss the chance to eat at the family's Tibetan restaurant, their food is delicious. It is not a luxury-hotel, but it is comfortable and clean, it is perfect for a peaceful trip.

Check in was easy, but during our stay there was some sort of holiday going on, so after our initial check-in, we didn't see the owners/staff at all and the restaurant wasn't open so we didn't get to try their food, but that was ok! Tons of food to try around the area, obviously. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable for my husband and I and our room was pretty big -- We were told we got the 'big room' :) I liked that we had our own private shower, but the toilet was shared (we expected that)! Loved the location! Walking distance to the train station, boats, everything!

AC is uncommon in Switzerland, I get that! No problem. I grew up without it :) A fan was included in the room, which was great, but maybe one additional floor fan would've been nice since we were there in peak summer and it was quite hot. With the windows open and the one fan blowing, it all worked out very well, but it was still generally warmer than what I'm accustomed to. Everything was lovely and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice room and nice staff. the Room was clean and a comfortable size for 2 people. We had to share a toilet with other rooms, but the room had a shower and sink. I would have like electrical plugs on both sides of the bed. It would have been nice to have an AC, there waa an oscillating fan. Also a light over the sink for putting on make up would. be helpful.

I was traveling to Switzerland with my mom for a week and stayed at multiple hotels through Zurich, Zermatt, Interlaken, and Lucerne. I could proudly say that the hospitality and accommodation from this hotel topped all the other hotels. The hosts were very welcoming and sweet that made my trip to Lucerne extra special. I also enjoyed the food from their restraint downstairs, it was very delicious. If I were to come back to Lucerne, I would come back to this hotel.

rooms very compact. needs a door to separate hotel part from. the restaurant. I walked up to the room off the street without any security control. a door would also help with noise control from the restaurant during the stay. not having own toilet not ideal either.

The owners are so nice, friendly and accommodating. We stayed here in August and knew we would stay again on our next trip. We didn’t realize it would be so soon, lol! The location is perfect!!!! Clean rooms and I didn’t mind the shared bathroom at all!

We loved our stay at Swiss Dewa! Dewa helped us with an early check. He is very friendly and helpful. Location is just around the corner from the Chapel Bridge and close all attractions.

Location is amazing. There is nothing much to like.

A small set of old wooden rooms which makes squeaking noise when step on them. If the neighbour talks in his room you will be able to clearly hear it, rooms are that great! We were with a kid, but just 2 single beds with 20-30cm gap in between was provided inspite of informing and booking for 3 people. Shared washroom which had no disinfectant, smelling bad, there was not even a bathroom was provided in the room. No dustbin was given in the room. The entire property smelled real bad. Much could be improved
