The door in the batchroom allowes water to come outside :( No cleaning facilities; The host doesnn't speak english at all only her daughter via viber; The room has ceiling with the angle - not that comfortable for quite a tall person -- especially batchroom

Anica and Slobo are great hosts. Truly a remarkable experience. We had a nice time together. Location of apartment is near everything, beach, store, bakery, restaurants, downtown- you name it. Lovely garden and terrace, it's really quiet during the night. Value for money is excellent.

Wifi is not working as it should. Bad reception in the attic and the amplifier not working properly. Good neigbour saved us by giving us his password. Low ceiling in the attic apartment with bad lighting in the kitchen when the shades are closed. Missed the extension cord.

Apartments were just outstanding. Cleanest apartments ever and located close to airport (5 mins) and not far from Kotor as well (15 mins).

Everything was perfect

Great apartment, very well maintained and with lots of amenities. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel like family. We will definitely be coming back!

The location of the apartment is very good and everything is close by. The apartment was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Wi-fi could be more reliable.

Location of the apartment was great, very close to center of the city. Parking is provided but the parking place is relatively small. Apartment was nice, with relatively good wifi.

The host is an older woman and we had an bad scene with her upon our arrival. She wasn't very pleasant and hospitable, probably due to her age. And the main complaint is the lack of privacy, given that the hosts entered our apartment in our absence.

The location of the apartment is very good and everything is close by. The neighbourhood itself is rather tranquilo. There is a parking spot directly infront of the apartments.

Our Stay was very unpleasant and we decided to leave after 5 days (we have payed for 7) for the following reasons: 1. On our arrival day we arrived 2 hours earlier, than we anticipated. The Landlords were still cleaning the apartment. The Lady started talking to us furiously in montenegrin language, even though we made ourselves clear, that we do not understood a word. Nonetheless she kept on talking, which we found very disrespectful. With the help of Google Translator we explained her Husband, that we will go to the city, so they can calmly finish cleaning. 2 hours later we came back, but it was still extremely dirty. The toilet and the fridge were not cleaned at all. 2. On the 3rd day the Lady just opened the door to our apartment, after we were not responding her knocking it (we were not dressed and still lying in bed). She asked for the payment. I told her I will give her the money later in the afternoon. 10 minutes later her husband again knocked the door and asked again for the money, which was very annoying. 3. On the 5th in the morning her husband again just opened the door to the apartment, after we did not respond to his knocking. Again we were not dressed and didn’t expect at all, that they would do this again, hence we did not lock the door (he brought new towels). 4. We could hear the landlord lady shout in their apartment, which was very uncomfortable for us. 5. something minor, but still worth mentioning: the WIFI - connection is very poor Overall we felt very disrespected in our privacy by the landlords and also not respected as guests in general. Every time we had to deal with the landlord lady she would talk to us in montenegrin and since we didn’t understand her, we could tell that she got impatient and raised her voice. The communication with the owner, which was so far very good, turned out to be dissapointing in the end too: She would try to make us responsible, for the damaged curtains, which were already damaged at our arrival.

SUPER!!! Best location close to everything. Super people. Great apartment with everything you need. Modern and clean. We extended our stay was so great!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Mostly, the genuine hospitality we received with open arms! Wow! The most amazing kind people. It was like staying with family. Loved it!!! The location was perfect, the best, near the port, the bus, shops etcquick walk to all...and the apartment was modern and clean. Thank you so much for all your kindness! No words. We had such a nice stay in Ioannis Appartments. The staff was lovely, such a kind and lovely woman. The appartements were very clean. Near by all acommadations. Worth to come back!

The room in the apartment had a surprisingly wide range of facilities including even a sandwich maker. The room was clean and comfortable, 2nd floor rooms also have access to the open balcony (but beware of mosquitoes). Location is also pretty convenient: 3-5 minutes of walking to Belane beach, many good cafes/bakeries and markets nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially apartment owner - a very positive woman (too bad I don’t speak Serbian, had to communicate via translation app), she always gladly helped us with any requests.

WiFi sometimes slowed down or randomly disconnected. Also (not a serious issue, but anyway) TV had only Montenegrin channels (99% of programs were in Serbian) none of which had rights to broadcast football matches of Euro 2020.

The location is great, close to the main attractions of Tivat. The appartment is clear, but it was enough small for family. Nevertheless we enjoy our staying and I would highly recommend it.
