It was a bit far from downtown.

Though it is a bit away from Main Town, It is perfect for those who look for a quiet environment. The road to reach the hotel is not in a good shape, but you can't blame the hotel for that. You may require Hotel staff to navigate you to reach the hotel if you are coming for the first time to this part of Manali where this hotel is situated. The best part is that Solang valley and Atal tunnel are near from the hotel. The location is excellent. Staff is superb, helpful, extremely polite and will go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Big ventilated rooms, Big windows. You can enjoy the sunshine sitting on the bed (Superb feeling) (Room 101) :) ; Breakfast is worth -
The road to reach the hotel should be maintained (though that is not in hotel hands, however they should raise the concern to liable government officials). The hotel should place sign boards on the way to reach the hotel.

Wonderful stay, hospitable staff, delicious food, cleanliness, rates are nominal, comfortable room, awesome views from the balcony. it is a good place to relax with your family, the only thing is they dont have a lift so if you are plannjng to travel with older people be mindful of it.

Excellent location. Outside Manali town away from the rush and traffic. Just below the snow mountains. Good landscape view from the balcony and room.

Very beautiful hotel located in burwa village (staying here gives you a chance to experience the village vibe of Manali, the hotel is surrounded with Apple 🍎 orchards. The view is the most amazing thing about this place. It's very clean, staff is good, there is no lift but due to great pricing we neglected that. The food options are limited but whatever is available is really tasty. They even packed us sandwiches at 6 am due to early chack out. Happy customer!!

- As as far as value for money is concerned I'll rate this place as 12/10.
- Food is good and I loved the view from our Superior top floor room.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely polite and thoughtful, and the view from the room is just amazing! Also the bed and the shower are very nice. We had a very pleasant stay at Kalista, and we even extended our stay because we had such a good time. Very much recommended!
It's already fine, but the food experience can be improved (menu dishes unavailable / different items than ordered / if we ate at the hotel restaurant, we were sometimes woken up by the phone ringing, restaurant personal asking if we already ate)
