Nice neighborhood but property is a bit funky. Limited pressure in kitchen faucet, owner able to control HVAC via RING thermostat and front porch deck is very shaky(only way into the unit with parking in rear of the property). Owner was very responsive to temperature issues but I don’t think I should have to text owner to get the unit temp to our liking. Property was clean, well laid out and tidy.
Owner seems responsive but he should spend a bit of time and money to upgrade the basic services.

Stayed for 5 nights to attend Brown’s commencement. Very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for 4 people. Apartment was very well stocked and clean. Owner is very responsive and friendly

This lovely home is spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and all of the rooms are on the ground floor. The owner is fantastic. She provided information about the area and brought us some excellent Greek food from Chef Niko for our first meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place near College Hill
Would recommend this property for anyone visiting students at Brown, RISD or Johnson and Wales U. Good location, spacious apartment, short walk to a great local cafe serving breakfast & lunch. Host was friendly, available, and flexible. A+

Fantastic place to stay
Was in Providence for my son's wedding and this place was perfect for us. Very clean, all the amenities you need and close to everything including the venue at the Botanical Gardens. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room. I highly recommend!

Family weekend
This our second time staying here. Very spacious, clean, and convenient. We are very grateful to be able to bring our dogs with us. We look forward to staying here again in the future when visiting our family in Cranston .

Wonderful!
Some of team needed a place to stay while working in Warwick. We were so fortunate to find Efrosyni! Edgewood provided a wonderful home base where everyone could relax, cook and keep their laundry clean. Throughout the entire stay, Efrosyni made sure that everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Definitely will choose Edgewood again!

This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It has everything, including a washer and dryer, which is wonderful for longer stays. We've stayed here now several times and come away pleased each time.

We had so much fun in Providence thanks in great part to Niko and Effrosyni's hospitality. Every question was met with a direct response AND a "let me make that even better for you" attitude. If we need a rental again, we will seek them out.

Convenient escape
We live in Providence and had to leave our house for a few days due to construction. We loved this home, and including it’s quiet and convenient location to restaurants and other shopping needs and mostly to Roger Williams Park for beauty and quiet and wonderful walking.

Lovely accomodations clean & comfortable
Hosts were very responsive: friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This property was perfect for us: great location in town one block from the park and close to restaurants, private entrance, EASY parking, safe quiet neighborhood. We did takeout and delivery during our stay, there were several choices nearby. Property has good layout, lots of character but also very comfortable. We've never been in Providence but if we return, we'll definitely stay here.

Fantastic long term stay
My family relocated to Rhode Island for work but were unable to move into our home for 6 weeks after arriving in state. This charming condo was a perfect interim stay for us: Spacious, good access to the city & interstate, and the proximity to Roger Williams Park was ideal.
Efrosyni was easily reachable and always helpful. We can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Lovely Apartment in nice neighborhood
This apartment is clean, cozy, and well-stocked. My husband and I have stayed here twice while helping our daughter with her new baby. The owner is outstanding and very responsive to requests. When we were there over the Thanksgiving Holiday, she added an extra leaf to the dining table, brought out holiday linens and decorated the living room with a lovely Christmas tree. I love this place - it is like a second home for us.

Comfortable lodging in great location
We stayed here for 9 nights while helping my daughter (who lives a block away) with her new baby. It is a clean, comfortable apartment that has everything you need for an extended stay. The owner lives nearby and is extremely helpful and responsive. Loved it!
