The hotel is very very well appointed and spotless and located just a short walk from the beach, nearby restaurants, and the local free parking lot. The room was very comfortable, and each day, it was carefully cleaned, and the water and chocolates replenished.
The breakfast (ordered from a menu, with supplemental continental items) was the best we had on our entire trip with choices ranging from a full Irish breakfast to pancakes.
The best features of the property, however, were Frank and his wife. They took excellent care of us, telling us places to go and restaurants to try. If I ever go back to Portrush (and I hope I do), I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We enjoyed a warm welcome on arrival. Our room was spacious and bright, beds were exceptionally comfortable with great pillows! Breakfast was fantastic! The location was second to none, a short walk to the promenade and on to restaurants and bars. Would definitely go back, lovely hosts, fun and friendly!

we stay every year at least twice. it’s less than 5 minutes from Barry’s, the beach and amusements.

The owner/caretaker met us at the entrance at checkin and was very friendly and polite. He gave us a quick rundown of the property and the area, and made some great restaurant recommendations nearby. We loved the full Irish breakfast and pancakes!

This was the first time we stayed here and I know it will be one of many visits. Everything about the stay was brilliant ...from arrival to check out. The room was gorgeous and well appointed...loved the window shutters!! Yummy biscuits too and lots of them. Breakfast was excellent..better than some 4star hotels!!! Frank was great craic and lots of banter.
You could not fault this place at all. We will be booking again for sure.
