Komplett renovierter, moderner Stil, Strandhaus im Herzen von Pompano Beach. Sie könnten die Ersten sein, die in diesem wunderschön ausgestatteten Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wohnen, das erst im März 2018 renoviert wurde. Alles ist neu! Große Travertin Terrasse mit 30'x15 'beheiztem Pool mit einer überdachten Veranda mit Ventilator, so dass Sie sich von der Hitze erholen können und auf Plüschmöbeln sitzen können. Brauchen Sie ein wenig Sonne, gibt es reichlich Liegen und andere Möbel rund um den Pool.
Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, und das Haus hat eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 6 Erwachsene und nach vorheriger Ankündigung kann ein halbprivater Schlafbereich für bis zu 8 Personen umgebaut werden. House was clean, property was peaceful and well kept. The beach chairs, bikes, towels and umbrellas provided were an added convenience. Location was about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants and less than an hour from Ft. Lauderdale airport. And the rooms were very well decorated and organized with cool items. 😎 😎😎😎😎

This home was perfect for our family of 3. The home is beautiful, clean, and updated. Our teenaged daughter had privacy with her bedroom on one side of the house, and the master bedroom is on the other side. We loved the pool and tiki hut and used them daily! There are lots of little details and decor that give a homey feel. Kitchen is well stocked, and there are extras such as bikes, beach chairs, and rafts, etc… for the pool, that were very nice to have. We did a lot of activities and excursions in the surrounding area during our 7 day trip, and it was so wonderful to have such a relaxing home to go back to at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this property!

This spotless home was absolute perfection! The owners were so kind and accommodating to our requests and needs and even included a lovely welcome basket with snacks.. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. The outdoor space with sparkling pool and plenty of shaded seating was so restful and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler of the beach. It was so nice to have a pack and play and high chair available for our grandson. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family!

Everything was great…house looked same as pictured, great communication, the pool was great. Only thing there were some ants in the bathroom and the tv in the master wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the instructions the host left incase that happened. Over all great experience!

My family and I were blown away by this home! The home was super clean and modern. The pool was absolutely beautiful and heated to perfection. Plenty of seating in the fenced in yard...we loved the tiki area!
Everything we could have possibly needed was provided...bedding, bath towels, pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, propane grill, and the kitchen was overflowing with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, crock pots, and even storage containers for leftovers! We could not have asked for more. The location is a quiet neighborhood, and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we will absolutely stay again the next time we visit the area.

The house was beautiful just as listed on the website. We totally enjoyed the relaxation of the pool, porch, and grilling. This was just what my family needed for downtime from our busy schedules! We will definitely be back in the future.

Incredible house! Everything for the kitchen, pool, bedrooms and bathrooms provided. Laundry facilities were stocked, and i loved the added touch of soaps in the showers. Even had alot of supplies for babies, including a pack' n' play, life vests, and a splash pool.
Two days into our stay the nest was locked at 70., allowing the house to heat up to 76. during the day and each room stayed at around 73. to 75. throughout the night, so for those with Littles, definitely something to keep in mind!
Overall a beautiful home and a fantastic vacation!

This home is exactly as pictured. We loved how spacious the home is and the 2 separate living room spaces to watch TV. The furniture is very welcoming & comfortable. The home/backyard is fabulous for those days and nights when you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the beach area. The pool was nice and warm and the patio furniture was plentiful. The owners are excellent with their communication. We had a little mishap with the grill (nothing that ruined our plans or our stay)that was under no one's control and the owners brought over a brand new grill the next day even though we told them it was not necessary. I was surprised and pleased to see their commitment to making sure their renters were able to use everything they had available. I will rent again if ever in the area in the future.

The home is fully equipped and comfortable to make our 6 weeks feel as though we’d settled into a real home. The pool is lovely, and the bikes and beach chairs were a real added value. We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this property. It was impeccably appointed with everything we could possibly need, surpassing our expectations. The attention to detail in fulfilling all possible needs was truly exceptional, and the modern and clean atmosphere added to the overall experience.
The location of the property was ideal for us. It was conveniently close to the beach (2 miles) and great restaurants, yet it maintained a peaceful and tranquil ambiance, allowing us to have a relaxing break.
The pool was a highlight for us. It was a perfect size and we particularly appreciated the natural shade provided, which allowed us to spend hours in the pool without worrying about the sun.
The hosts were incredibly attentive and took care of all our needs. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is well kept up, extremely comfortable, close to everything, has an amazing outdoor pool area for everyone to enjoy and the kitchen is well supplied with what is needed for a 3-4 day stay. The house was very clean and plenty of space for our group. The patio and pool were well kept, clean and the hosts provided many pool accessories for us to use! Just a short drive to the beach and we found all the stores we needed close by. Hosts offered many items to use along with our stay! A++ for the cooler and beach chairs we were able to use which was great and saved us a ton of money and running around! We were able to pack a nice lunch and use all the supplies provided by the hosts for our beach day! It was the perfect stress free weekend away and we will definitely be back in the near future!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Very clean, smelled great upon arrival. Great welcome package provided made our family feel special. House is updated with top of the line kitchen and bathrooms. Nice size TVs in family areas. The pool was a treat and the outdoor tiki area was a bonus! Nice bikes provided for family evening bike rides. This place has everything to make a beach getaway perfect!!

Pompano Beach is my hometown, so when we come to visit, we love staying in places that feel like home! I love this neighborhood and everything about the house is wonderful. Decorated so lovely and the back yard is amazing, also stocked with everything you can think of! John was easy to communicate with, zero issues. We came with one dog & left with two. We unexpectedly got a puppy while in town & the back yard was great for them to run around and get to know each other. We will most definitely be back!

This property is even nicer than photos would suggest. It’s in a great location, very quiet and nice neighborhood. I hope to bring my wife back here with me as it’s a perfect place for a couple to stay. Owners were very responsible and nice and if you are looking for a low key place to relax by the pool, this is your place!

What an amazing house! It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was stocked so well we didn’t want for a thing. The pool was wonderful and we were 2 minutes from several different beaches. They had even supplied beach chairs for us! We had originally chosen this home because they were dog friendly and we travel with our two goldendoddles. They had even supplied dog bowls and cleaning supplies for any “accidents” the fur babies might have had. Absolutely would chose this one all over again!

Our stay was great. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was huge and the covered patio was perfect for hanging in and out of the sun. The tiki hut with cool hanging chairs and lights made it a nice spot to chill. Hosts were great too.

This property was as advertised. Indoors was spacious and very well equipped to meet all of our needs. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the wonderful outdoor space and heated pool. It would have been nice to have an outdoor dining table as we spent the majority of our time outside. John and Stacy were responsive to our minimal needs while being unobtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

I love this home. We have already booked for two weeks at Christmas for 2023–our third stay there. It is great to walk out patio door and get into beautiful pool. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans etc. John, the host, is easy to talk to very accommodating.

I can't say enough. This property is everything that is described and alot more. It is perfectly appointed with everything a family may need during their stay. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool and cabana area. The kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is your clothes everything else is taken care of. John was very responsive although I only had to reach out to him for a very minor issue. I highly recommend this property and plan to return in the near future.

Beautiful vacation home
The house is beautiful. We had plenty of room for the four adults that were staying there. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was updated to all the modern conveniences. The location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but close to everything you will need (restaurants, grocery stores, beach, etc.). The backyard is awesome!!! The tiki hut was so relaxing, the covered lanai was so nice to hangout out under and let’s not forget about the pool. The pool is amazing! We used it multiple times a day, the most we’ve swam since we were kids. What a wonderful vacation we had at this house.
