Beautiful apartment with lovely balcony, perfect for afternoon chill with a drink or to play board games

Inside the appartment was great overall. nicely equipped in the kitchen, washing machine, comfortable sofa. Appartment located near the beach with private parking near a one way street so not too much car noise.

the bed was not super comfortable; right next to the appartment are some restaurants with heavy smells of fried/grilled foods, quite noisy until late at night. the balcony is great but with direct view on neighbors. we were looking for quiet and this was not the right place for us, despite nothing majorly wrong!

The host was so kind! She was taking care about us! She was waiting to us with the keys, explained everithing in the apartment which was brilliant! Very clean, comfortable and modern. The area of the apartmant were quiet but close to the beach and close to the center. I'm suggesting this apartment to families because they wil find everything here which providing their comfortable stay furing their holiday! I'm sure we will come back here next year too!!

Our staying in Terra Solaris was perfect. We had apartment on the last floor with the sea view. We were extra happy with air-condition as it was very hot outside during our stay. Ladies even prepared surprise for us as it was part of our honeymoon. Apartment was very clean with a lot of towels and washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Extra special are the breafkast which were simply amazing, everyday something different, homemade by the owner and the ladies. A lot of restaurants in the area. We would definitely come again. :-)

Just the beds were little too soft but nothing that would extra bother us during our 4 nights stay.

amazing Place for families

We had a very pleasant experience staying at Terra Solaris. The host was very kind and helpful, the location was perfect, the apartment spacious, modern and clean. The bed was really comfortable -one of the best ones I slept in while travelling.

One of the best apartments I had ever been. Svjetlana was really helpfull. Breakfast worth to pay. 100% recommend.

If you are planning to visit Medulin, this is the place you should stay. Our host Svjetlana is a kind and lovely lady, who took care of everything smoothly. The apartment was well-maintained and perfectly clean. It was also equipped with everything we needed, from 2 types of coffee makers to more than enough towels. The breakfast was delicious and generous. You get a different spread everyday.

No wifi, as it is turned off on 1 October, which we figured out when we asked for the password. Tv had 3 channels only as the Interned is turned off during low season. We texted the landlord Svetlana, but she stopped responding as soon as she got our money. Cash only, no mention of it before the reservation.

Host was lovely, apartment was very specious, breakfasts were fantastic and very generous. We would keep some of the yogurts and croissants for lunch.

Getting keys was a bit of a challenge as secret location where keys were left was difficult to decipher.

The host didn/'t ask about how I want to make the payment . I had prepared my money cash but my host have debit my credit card . I lost in this transaction money and exchange rate fees .

Breakfast was amazing and slightly different everyday. Hosts were wonderful. Short walk away from beach and nice restaurants within a few minutes

No dishwasher or microwave but not a big issue in my view.

The apartment has a convinient layout, looks freshly renovated. Good service, friendly staff.

No good wifi signal. The view from the balcony is to the parking.

Full and tasty breakfasts, location close to the beach and the sea/harbor promenade, air conditioning, appartements design.

Highly recommend! The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's the cleanest and well-designed apartment i've ever seen. And location is also good - in the center of Medulin, but street is not busy, shops, bakery, exchange office, cafe's and beach are within walking distance. Perfect!

We stopped over on the way to Zagar for 2 nights. Actually could have stayed longer. Spacious apartment, clean with most of the essentials. Beds comfortable and lounge, with patio and aircon. Large flat screen TV with all SAT channels. The host was great and provided us with all we needed. Private parking outside. It is about 10 min walk to beach...this was ok even for our boys. WiFi is acceptable.

The host only accepted cash payment. The rooms would get really hot so we needed a second fan. You should ask for this. Kitchen doesn’t have a microwave.

Excellent apartment with very good beds. Well equipped and clean. Kind and helpful hosts.
