Wir haben zwei separate Mieträume zur Verfügung. Jedes hat einen eigenen Eingang von außerhalb der Residenz sowie ein eigenes Vollbad. Beide Zimmer verfügen über einen Minikühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeekanne. Die Zimmer sind perfekt für zwei Paare oder eine Gruppe von vier Personen. Internetzugang ist vorhanden und das Fernsehen verfügt über Netflix und Hulu.
Wir befinden uns nur wenige Gehminuten vom berühmten Carolina Beach Boardwalk entfernt, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars, Charterboote und viele andere Attraktionen gibt. Es gibt immer viel Live-Unterhaltung und wir machen gerne Vorschläge, die auf Ihrem Essen und Musikgeschmack basieren.
Wir besitzen auch ein Charter-Angelgeschäft namens Southern Sportfishing. Wir bieten 1/2 Tag, 3/4 Tag und ganztägige Offshore-Reisen an.
Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind Kure Beach, das Fort Fisher Aquarium, das Civil War Museum und die Fort Fisher Ferry, die mehrmals täglich nach Southport und Bald Head Island fährt.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, easy to check in, responsive owner, and good location. The neighborhood walk into town for breakfast or dinner was great and was about .8 a mile. It was easy to find, good parking, and had what you need for a simple room to stay in. If you wanted to go to the beach and were carrying stuff (chairs, umbrellas, books etc), I would recommend driving and parking in town. Enjoyed exploring Carolina beach and Kure beach. Felt like the property was represented well in the listing. Highly recommend the aquarium and Havana’s—both highlights for our trip when exploring this new area.

Everything thing was like it was mentioned in the article. Very little distractions from the owners while we were in the room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Only negative is that you don’t have control of the temperature in the room. Other than that would recommend and will be booking again.

We go to Fort Fisher so we did not need to be in walking distance so this was perfect. The room was very clean. The landlord very responsive although we never saw them (that was fine with us, we didn't need anything). The room was small but more than adequate.

Nice layout. Ackward shower handle since hot was to the right and not the left. No access to HVAC controls..1 day very good other seemed very hot. Steps seemed steeper than any we had used before.

This place was perfect! It's in a cool little neighborhood, about a mile from the beach. Very clean place, and the added touches of having paper plates and cutlery, coffee pot, and a water jug were really fantastic. Andy, the owner, was great to work with and asked several times if everything was ok. Will definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Place was clean and included all my husband and I needed for a pleasant night’s stay. The outside porch even included comfortable rocking chairs where we could sit and enjoy watching the sunset. Also within walking distance of the boardwalk/beach. Owner Andy gave perfect directions of how to check in and to check out. He also made himself available if we had any concerns or requests. As we were leaving, he came out to talk with us and thank us for staying there.

Wedding Anniversary, decided on Carolina Beach, this place is perfect location, we rode our bicycles to the boardwalk, able to bring our 19 ft. Carolina Skiff, Andy is a great host, his family is on the property as well along with Roscoe ❤️ didn't hear a peep! Will be back, thank you!

Great location!
Andy was such a cool host! Met him and his cool dog the first day, so cordial and nice. The room ran cool on and was a great relief after the walk from the beach. Everything is very walkable, some reviews say a mile is too long to walk, you can literally see the end of the street and it’s a pleasurable walk ( rent a bike or scooter and it’s even more enjoyable). But you are 5 minute drive from Kure beach, 1 minute drive from Carolina, and Wilmington is just down the road. It was the best location for all that you want to do! Thanks Andy :)

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Not as close to the boardwalk as we thought but still not a bad walk.

Wonderful Stay!
The room was very clean and we were given towels, soap, plates/bowls, and silverware. Andy was very helpful and got us anything extra we asked for. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, which is much better than paying to park at the beach. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this room to people who are looking for something less busy than staying right along the beach.

Outside could use cleaning ac drain. Making a slimey dangerous mess. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Water lukewarm at best. Didn't feel clean after shower

Andy was great. So much to do in the area between the beach and park. They were accommodating and very friendly. Our light wasn't working, and he fixed it the next day.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little far for us to walk to the beach but we were able to get a Lyft back to our place really quickly and at a good rate ($6). This was our first time to Carolina Beach and honestly it really isn’t the place for us. Very busy and touristy with the run down carnival look. The unit was good and clean and Andy was very polite and helpful. The chairs on the deck were great for sitting in and taking in a nice cool breeze. The room had everything we needed. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Welcoming room at the beach!
I took my daughter to Carolina Beach for a mother-daughter getaway. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on her room….wanted to have some spending loot for shopping in the nearby shops and yummy restaurants! Andy is very kind and has a lovely spacious room at his home with a private entrance. we rented bikes from right down the road and enjoyed using them every day, the gorgeous beaches, and having everything so close by. I would definitely recommend this real for one or two people wanting a refreshing getaway!
