Great location between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Quiet time imposed from 10pm.

Tiny cramped apartment with no wardrobe or hanging rail for clothes. Stairs up to duplex with mattress on floor and no room to stand.. very claustrophobic and noisy with another apartment directly above your face when in bed . No lift..

Blisko w miarę do rynku. Pan z recepcji bardzo miły.

Myśleliśmy, że antresola dla dziecka będzie dobrym rozwiązaniem jednak ani razu tam nie spala, ponieważ było tak gorąco, że aż nie do wytrzymania. Strasznie wszystko słychać co dzieje się w pokojach obok, przez całą noc odgłos jakby chodziła pralka albo jakiś wentylator. Jeśli chodzi o łóżka to totalnie nie wygodne, materac za miękki, a a’la skórzana sofa za twarda. Spodziewaliśmy się czegoś lepszego… pierwszy raz kupiliśmy pobyt w apartamencie i raczej ostatni.

Dobra lokalizacja

Obiekt pozostawiał dużo do życzenia jeśli chodzi o czystość ręczniki i pościel wyglądały jakby były z poprzedniej epoki,widok z balkonu to jakiś dramat warczące klimatyzację brud i klimat chyba przed wojenny.

La posizione a pochi passi dal centro,supermarket vicini,bus,ristoranti,parchi.Palazzo esternamente molto bello e elegante l'interno un po' da ristrutturare.Appartamento carino senza troppe pretese.Lo consiglio

Mettere qualche asciugamano in più in camera,noi avevamo solo 1 telo doccia a testa,abbiamo dovuto poi fare richiesta di altri.Camera non troppo pulita specialmente attorno al letto.Scala un po' barcollante stile barca,materasso...semplicemente appoggiato a terra forse perchè essendo un soppalco non ci starebbe un letto normale,lenzuola strappate e lavandino e doccia facevano fatica a defluire l'acqua.Sabbia presente sul divano letto al nostro arrivo.Sono piccolezze ma che farebbero una grande differenza se curate più nei dettagli.Prestate più attenzione è un consiglio!!!

Bardzo wygodny materac. Przemiły pan na recepcji. Idealny pokój na odpoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed zakwaterowaniem

Przez to, że recepcja nie działa cały czas i nie ma „całodobowej opieki budynku”, jednej nocy obudziły mnie krzyki i przepychanie się dwójki innych gości

Woda była bardzo ciepła i to nam odpowiadało.

Pokój bardzo mały. Płyta indukcyjna tylko jedna część dobra druga popsuta. Pokój bardzo ciemny trzeba było ciągle świecić światło. Kabina prysznicowa niedomyta.Zadnej sofy nie było w pomieszczeniu gdzie był tv chociaż było zapewnione takie miejsce były dwa krzesła bardzo twarde o niewygodne. Więcej już tam nie przyjadę z mężem.A ręczniki którymi mieliśmy się wycierać po kąpaniu należałoby już wyrzucić były z dziurami

The location!

The shower was a bit small and the steps to the bed were a bit loose. The mattress was on the floor. It wasn’t the cleanest.

It was very close proximity to Krakow Old town!

I think the pictures make the rooms look a lot nicer than they are. The beds are on the floor and very close to the ceiling which meant we banged our heads a lot. The plug sockets did not work up above where the beds are. A towel mat for coming out of the shower would have been good.

The location of the property was great only around a 10 minute walk away from almost everything! The main square, Jewish quarter. There was a tram stop right outside the apartment. The instructions and communication from the staff were very clear and helpful.

The property’s cleanliness was mediocre, stains on walls, others hair left and greying towels. The pictures are quite misleading making you think the first photo you see if how each room looks - look at the reviews and other photos as it was quite literally a spring mattress on the floor. The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot.

Close to the centre. Staff very helpful and the slat lines definitely worth a visit.

Very cramped for 6 people and wouldn’t have suggested it for that many people. It looked tired and not as nice as the photos.

Perfect location for Old Town Krakow. The apartment had everything we needed, it was very basic but stylish and clean

Nothing in particular. The apartment was very small but we only used it to sleep in really so caused no problems

Det var så lyhört. Ljud från trapphuset. Saknades belysning utanför vår dörr så svårt att se nyckelhålet. Saknade någonstans att sitta. Fanns bara 2 trästolar. Lågt till tak på loftet där man sov. Fick stå böjd där uppe. Inget för långa personer. Såg bättre ut på bilderna än vad det var i verkligheten.

Posizione molto buona a soli 400 metri dal centro..Appartamento non in linea con le foto della prenotazione,la nostra era una mansarda al 4. Piano senza ascensore..Un pó difficoltoso arrivarci dopo 10-15 km fatti a piedi durante la giornata

Pulizia scarsissima,abbiamo fatto li 4 giorni e non sono venuti neanche una volta ne a farci le pulizie ne a farci il cambio delle salviette.Siam dovuti scendere noi per chiedere degli asciugamani puliti,e solo allora ce li hanno dati

Загалом, все добре. Трохи було брудно, особливо постіль. Але чисті рушники. Ванна теж була досить чиста. Номер крихітний, замість ліжка - матрас на підлозі. Кондиціонер не працював. Влітку, напевне, дуже спекотно. Номер під дахом.

Не дуже чиста постіль, не працює кондиціонер, дуже маленьке приміщення, поламаний стілець, в ванній немає місця де повісити одяг чи рушники.

Much space and an automatic system of air conditioning, the bed is placed higher than the living space so there’s no mess:)

The standard of the furniture, like couch for example is low

Comfortable bed, apartment was clean and reception was friendly.

Room was warm during the night, there is a fan but it was quite loud during the night obviously. On the other side our room was on ground floor and the window was going to the road, so was loud as well when we tried to keep it open.

The stuff was very friendly

There was no information that the property doesn't have a lift , so for me it was very difficult to carry heavy bags being with a kid. Size of an apartment was surprisingly small , in the picture ot looked much bigger. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom

The proximity to the city and the mattress were perfect. The willingness of the staff to help was appreciated.

The internet did not always work, nor did the tv and there was mold in the bathroom.

I liked the location of the accomodation and the price was very good for what we got

It was our second stop in this apart hotel but since one year this rooms upset us.

Bed was dirty, probably nobody has changed linen. The sheet was with hole and somebody hairs. Clean bathroom but staff forgot to fill boxes for soap and to put a towels. Thanks good guy from reception for quick reaction and fixed this situation. Very poor breakfast . No water in room only tea for free. Price up since last time

The property was great and funky.

It could be a little less raw with some more amenities.

Our room was on the top floor, up 9 flights of stairs. I was travelling with my mother who is 70, I checked out 3 hours after arriving. I explained to the receptionist that my mother couldn’t walk up 9 flights of stairs and the room wasn’t suitable, she didn’t offer to give us a different room or even explain to me that they didn’t have one, just took the keys from me and said bye. The staff were no help, didn’t seem to care since the room had already been paid for.

Placement was the key, apartment overall very clean and nice. Perfect for even 4 people for a stay up to a week or more.

If you have a lot of luggage keep in mind that there will be stairs to go to reach your place.

Everything was well presented. Facilities were all in order.

Bit smaller than expected. Towels were old and worn.

Loved the location and the apartment style!

I didn’t like that we were in the basement with one window that was a little creepy and you could hear people pass by, smell smoke, etc. it wasn’t excessive but definitely distracting and it was a little too stuffy at night in the room to close the window.
