I liked the picnic bench area by the water, the muskoka chairs in front of room and the curtesy bottles of water. Having the kitchenette was nice although we didn't use it other than the fridge. Lots of storage space if staying for an extended period.

The customer service of the main desk. I asked for a local restaurant and was given the reply " I am not from here". No tourist info. The hair dryer didn't work but was replaced when I brought it to the attention of the office. The internet had no password which made me question the security of it. Only artificial sweetener was provided for the coffee/tea. I asked the office for sugar but he said that was all they had.

Clean, friendly staff, good price, simple no frills place to sleep and take a shower.

Power outlets to plug and charge your devices are at inconvenient locations, and many are so worn out the two prongs plugs/chargers simply fall out of the outlet. Internet on WiFi is only intermittently usable.

We were at a horse show the Princess Louise Park Center and the hotel is a five minute walk away. Our room had a kitchenette and was a terrific value!

there is a beautiful little stream beside the property that is very relaxing. tThe whole property was clean!

Convenient location, close to downtown Sussex. Totally adequate accomodation, clean and comfortable. As far as a budget motel goes it was really good...

Was there in the winter, the parking lot was super slippery, almost got my truck stuck, some sand or salt spread around would have helped greatly...that's my only comment.
