Very spacious and charming room. Alessa the host was above and beyond. Incredibly kind and insightful with all the good local tips. She even give us a ride from the train station to help us combat the heat.

We had the most wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Ragusa. The owners were easily contactable and met us outside the apartment, and showed us where was good to park (there's plenty of parking around). It was the most welcoming and friendly check-in process we've ever experienced and made us feel right at home. The recommendations for Ragusa were excellent, including where to go, advice on transport, beaches, food and drink. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the wifi was very reliable. The room showed great attention to detail and everything worked perfectly in the kitchen. We really loved it here; it was our favourite accommodation in 6 weeks in Italy and we hope to go back soon.

Alessia and Frank were very involved. The location is close to attractions, the facility is comfortable and clean. We were going to the beach and they helped us with umbrellas.

We did not have breakfast in the apartment

The apartment is tastefully decorated, well located and comfortable. Alissa provided very comprehensive information about Ragusa, included a video of a walking tour of the most important sites. We were, however, disappointed by the discrepancies between the amenities listed and those provided: there was no washing machine, no ironing facilities, a very limited selection of cooking utensils (only three glasses when the apartment can sleep four people), and neither oven or microwave. We could only make one cup of coffee at a time in a small traditional coffee maker (all our other rentals have provided a decent coffee maker). All right for a one night stopover, not suitable for a longer stay.
