The location is well set in a small, quiet village, easy to reach with your own transport. One can reach the cost, Granada, Alpujarras in relatively short time. Parking place for one car is available. There is a washing machine and a place to dry.

The equipment (household, furniture) is really basic. For example there are only 2 cups. More than half of the light bulbs are not working, the main living room+kitchen is below ground level, nearly no natural light. On the first floor are the bedrooms, bath and terrace. Bedrooms are small, no space to put cloths, one has to leave it somewhere else. One of the beds was broken. The terrace is completely empty. Furthermore there is a sink that produces unpleasant smell. Additionally, there is a shadowed entrance called garden. But its not really a garden, it looks rather like a construction site.

There was no aircon and it was 35c daytime and prob 30c at night in the bedroom.!! Very difficult to sleep. Fan no use whatsoever. Property located up a very narrow track. Swimming pool if you can call it that.. Was just a tub.. Full of leaves😭would not recommend.

Close to the highway so easy access to beaches, Alpujarras and Granada. 3 bedrooms, big salon, very well equiped house. Very quiet little village.

You need a car to go anywhere but we knew this before booking.
