The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to several famous tourist attractions. The room is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff speaks English very well and has a strong service mindset, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The bed was a bit firm and had a slight musty smell.

El personal es muy agradable y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones limpias y muy acogedoras además de disponer de SPA y snack por la tarde. Las habitaciones perfectamente acomodadas te invitan a pasar unos días de vacaciones en calma y en un ambiente inmerso en la cultura japonesa.

Hotel simple but beautiful and the rooms are stylish.
It is in a fantastic location and the staff were lovely.
You also get a free drink in the evening, which is a nice touch.

Location was excellent, in historical area, next to Family Mart. Public bath was great, also loan of saoru for wear in evenings. The lounge was very nice, sake tasting great as well as complitary coffee drinks and beer in evening.
Staff were nice uniformly excellent, welcomand professional.
Breakfasts were exceptionally good, great value.

また、家具や椅子などの木のぬくもりがとても心地よく快適に過ごせました。
朝食がすごく美味しかったです！特に和食が好きでした。ヨーグルトも美味しかったです。
スタッフの皆様もアットホームな雰囲気で良かったです。
もう少し部屋の照明の明るさを調整できれば良かったです。もう少し明るい方が良いと思いました。

The hotel is well located, in amongst the old section of the town. The facilities were very good. The breakfast and evening cocktails were enjoyable. They provided a good service to get us back to the station at the end of our stay.

Really nice modern hotel so close to everything in Takayama. Room was very spacious and clean, nice hot shower and free sake tasting was a plus! On-site onsen was small but nice as were the provided amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
No towels provided for the onsen (the entrance of which I found a bit uncomfortably close and open to the dining area), you had to use the small one provided in the room. Bed was on the harder side but normal for Japan!

This was a very nice hotel very close to everything. We enjoyed the nightly free happy hour and onsen.Our room was spacious and clean.
The beds were not comfortable. I would have enjoyed a window to see out.The room felt a little closed in.

. Free drinks in evenings was great. Laundry great. Staff were all brilliant. We lost some bags at train station. They went to a lot of trouble phoning around and eventually found them at police station, then one staff member who was exceptional and spoke really good English, drove me all the way to police station to pick up.
we weren't crazy about the Japanese breakfast as only choice. No complaints

This hotel located right in the middle of Takayama old town with 1 min walk to family mart. Hotel facilities and ambience is absolutely beautiful and offered free flow sake and ice cream. I wish I stayed a day longer. Staff are lovely and helpful.
The distance from Takayama station is a bit far by foot if you’re carrying more than 1 luggage but so far no issues for me.

The staff were amazing. The best customer service we have received in 15 days f travelling in Japan. Perfect location right in the centre of historic Takayama town. The public bath was large enough very clean and a pleasure to use.
The beds mattresses were a tad hard and a bit uncomfortable the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable the common area furnishings were a bit office cafeteria like and not conducive to socialising or very inviting and not very comfortable although there was one set of 4 sofas with a round coffee table that one hits the mark

Location and free flow beverages in the evening for guests to chillax at the lobby. Family mart is just next door. A restaurant for sukiyaki/grill is opposite closed at 8pm.
If probably can prepare some towels before the onsen area instead taking from in-room towels.

The location was great, and all places we wanted to go in Takayama were within easy walking distance. The room was quiet and comfortable; we got a good night's rest. The hotel is relatively new so it was very clean. My partner loved the breakfast.
The toilet was located just outside the shower room, and it was a little irritating that the automatic toilet lid kept opening at the slightest movement, closing, opening, closing repeatedly.

Stanze ampie e accoglienti, ofuro/bagno caldo all'interno della struttura rilassante, sala comune grande e particolare. La scelta di non avere il televisore chiude il cerchio per un soggiorno di relax.
