Great location! Nice apartment with all you need to have a nice vacation near "Playa de Las Cantreras". All household appliances worked properly. The bed was comfortable. There were enough towels in the toilet. Maurizio is a great host who you can always call if you need anything. I wish him all the best in his future work. I will definitely book again if it's free when I plan a vacation in Las Palmas again!

The location is just by the beach, there is a large superdino supermarket just a few minutes away. Maurizo was a great host, came to change my sheets every week and was always in contact. There is a washing machine and a washing line just outside the window.

You get what you pay for - it was really good for the price I paid. Had all needed facilities but without frills, an OK bed - on the hard side for me and no mattress topper (thin mattress on top of the spring mattress), nice bathroom, OK sofa, fan and TV. Being non spanish speaker I appreciated that NetFlix was available and I brought an HDMI cable that could be plugged in. Really good blackout curtains. I booked a studio with sea view - and there was a sea view - if you leaned out the window and looked to the right you could see a sliver of water some 100 meters away (or more). This was expected, but I would propose that the studio not be marketed as "sea view". This meant however that the windows were towards the street so some city noise could be heard most times of the day but this time of year (nov) it was not annoying even on a Saturday night.

The lack of bedside/reading lights. The only lights were very harsh ceiling lights. Some smaller more "cosy" lamps/reading lights by the bedside would be appreciated. As mentioned above - a mattress topper would be nice. Since I checked in through a key safe and didn't meet anyone in person it would have been good with some general information on paper/in a folder or similar regarding such things as where to throw garbage, is the water drinkable etc, check in/check out times etc, buses have to be paid with cash, closest food store - the usual helpful hints.

For a 3 star apartment, it does the job, however it depends where you're allocated. The smaller rooms aren't as great as the larger one (street view) I stayed in. Hosts accommodated my request to change rooms.

Clean, cozy apartment, close to the beach and supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equiped, bed is very comfortable.

I liked the kitchen and the washing machine a lot. The apartment was fresh and quiet.

The apartment owner Maurizio was an extremely welcoming and friendly host. The apartment was immaculate in regards to cleanliness and very well equipped with everything I needed . The location was excellent 20 seconds walk from the amazing beach and many shops and restaurants.

The shower , although beautiful to look at did not have hot water for very long and after 3 or 4 minutes would cool down unfortunately.

The hot water is not always enough for one shower. There were constructions in the building across the street, which was a bit noisy. You need to confirm with the host to make sure if it is finished. To do days trips, you need to walk 25 mins to yhe bus hub.

Location, nice host, price (compared to other stays in Las Palmas).

Water was leaking in the bathroom, loud neighbours, no balcony (expected for this price).

The location was fantastic, 100m from the beach and there’s many restaurants around.

Only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t get a tea towel. Happy to say we survived without.

* WiFi did not always work well; it sometimes froze during video-calls. * Without the artificial light, the room was very dark; there were no windows to the open. * When the window was open, one could hear the neighbors way too clearly. * The table and the chair in the room were not really laptop friendly.

The bed is súper confortable! Perfect location and the host is a very kind person.! You have everything you might need to make a good breakfast/dinner.

The location is fantastic - it is less than two minutes to the beach. A big supermarket is only two minutes away, too, the bus station + a big shopping mall only 15 minutes. The area seems to be safe and is a great choice for walking. The studio is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, even salt + oil were available. Enough sockets, big fridge, the washing machine worked well. I appreciate the shower as well. The communication with the host was easy (via WhatsApp), both the key pick up (key box) and the check-out (just leaving the keys in the room) were simple.

Wi-fi did not work on the first three days properly. However, the host tried to fix the issue from the beginning.

Good location, the studio and bathroom are small but comfortable and very clean. It has all you need, even a microwave and a washingmachine. The owner is very friendly and it was very easy to communicate and to organise a time to get the keys and also when leaving he was there exactly on time.

My studio was on the inside of the building, it has windows but there was not a lot of daylight. The positive thing about this is that it is more quiet at night, to have a good night sleep. The elevator can be noisy though, but it's super small and not used a lot so it was not a problem.

Maurizio has been a super welcoming owner of the apartment. The apartment is literally 2mins from las canteras beach and you have a vaste variety of bars and restaurants nearby. the apartment in itself is small but you have all you need, bathroom, kitchen comfy bad and pillows.

I had a great 5 nights in the apartment on the 4th floor. Maurizio was a fantastic host - very friendly and immediately brought me a few things I asked for on the first day and even gave me a late check out on the day I left. The flat seemed brand new and was super clean. The only small issue for people like me who are light sleepers is the noise from the pedestrian street below, but I realised that I could turn on the fan above the stovetop to drown out the noise and this helped me sleep well (since I sleep with a fan on anyway)! Thanks for everything, Maurizio! I'd definitely stay here again if I went back to Las Palmas!

Location is 30 seconds away from the beach and main attractions. The appartment itself is very clean, very modern (looks brand new!) and the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely stay again !!

Maurizio was a great host! Everything was well organized and the apartment was exactly like it looked on the photos. Locations is very convenient to get to the beach within 2 min walk and it is very close to the number of restaurants and shops.
