Location. Staff helpful. Breakfast

Hot tub broke. Pool dirty. Pool not circulating. Sheets dirty stain.

Pool was out of service on arrival, also hot tub. Booked 2 months in advance and asked for conjoining rooms with another guest for our holiday get together, they said that would not be an issue. On arrival they could not accommodate that request, asked to use the breakfast room for our dinner we planned on having in our conjoining rooms, they tried making us pay $50 per hour for that room. Checked in at 3:05pm and 2 of the 3 rooms that we booked were still not cleaned. Trash on the floors beds were not made, poop on the toilet seat. Waited another hour for them to be cleaned. Breakfast was less to be desired. Had 1/2 gallon of milk on hand, 1 kind of cereal, sausage was cold and gross. Defiantly will not recommend this hotel to anyone looking. Drive to DeWitt for a way better experience.

Everything was terrible

Room was not cleaned at check in, pool had no towels, breakfast had barely and food, facility was suppose to be non-smoking and hotel smelled horrible of cigarettes.

Everything was wonderful the kids had a blast and would stay again

Overall everything was good up till are last night there the guest next door they started fighting until 3am and are kids were scared to go back to sleep but overall we loved the place

My husband had me and elbow pain in the middle of the night. They provide some ibuprofen and opened up the hot tub so he could soak. The pillows were extra fluffed and comfy. They gave us some extra towels without issue. I initially booked my reservation online and had to reschedule for the following night. They were courteous and very helpful with getting that rescheduled without getting charged extra fees.

When we first got into the room whatever they used to clean the rooms was awfully strong. I opened the window and let it air out while we did some shopping. The shower curtain rod did not allow the door to open all the way.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with easy access. The pool was warm although the hot tub was being repaired it was no fault of the staff. Supply chain issues which is a sign of the times.

The breakfast was less than acceptable. The waffle mix was watery and unusable. The eggs were cold and watery. The elevator smelled of hydraulic fluid, but I was glad it worked, and the smell was not apparent anywhere else but in the elevator.

Easy check-in and check-out. Stay was friendly and efficient. Room with one king had this space. I like that the sink is inside the bathroom and not in the room area. Very close to Maquoketa State Park.

A nice recliner would have been a nice addition to the room. There was plenty of room for one.

Staffing is a definite issue. Desk staff is difficult to contact, frequently absent, too busy on a smoke break or on their phone. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily on my four day stay. incredibly change for laundry not available for the one washer and dryer, and stuck room doors not fixed (had to force my way into the room on the second floor). Hotel has seen better days and sure needs a refresh.

Next door neighbors were loud at 4 am. Could hear them talking and watching tv.

The lady working at breakfast was trying hard but she also was working the front desk.

Bed wasn't too bad...air conditioning was cold.

Just about everything. Room wasn't ready...even after 2 attempts hours later. Then moved to another that had food waste and garbage in the closet. No one took care of it even after stating they would. Hair in the shower.. floor looked dirty ..went for breakfast...they were out if everything...got locked out on the way back. 😠
