Friendly staff, very clean, nice pool

This place was gross and dated. The shower water would not drain, there was spit on the mirror over sink. The floor was sticky and dirty, you had to wear shoes or your socks turned black. The curtains falling apart. We asked for fresh towels and we were treated poorly. The towel’s were very hard/rough. I was in town for a wedding and there was a big collage football game the same weekend which made it very hard to find another place to stay. The hotel old, dated and dirty. I will not stay at another one of your hotels again. Gross

I paid 3 times your normal price for 2 rooms and 5 guests. A guest couldnt sleep on the pullout because there were black stains all over the mattress and food all Over the mattress and underneath. There was no bedding provided for the pullout and when i asked the front desk staff, i had to beg for sheets and pillow but they said they had zero blankets. My family member slept in our car as a result. The staff was very rude and unaccommodating. Breakfast had nothing but cereal and waffles. Waited 15 minutes for coffee and decided to leave. Worst Baymont experience ever. I will be calling tomorrow for a partial refund. Not typical for our previous Baymont experience.

I room was clean at all has to ask for a new one. Stains on sheets, crumbs on the floor, stains on the chairs. At checkin we were told the shuttle would take us to airport one worker even told us a time to be down in the lobby. Morning came shuttle was there but they won’t take us

The bathroom had hair in it from prior guest and room seemed wet

Sam was very rude and very disrespectful to my wife I was a frequent stay at least 7 times a my month now I will no longer be in staying here again because of Sam

Really comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning was a godsend with the heat outside. Would definitely be back again

Breakfast cereal tasted like it had been out for days. Apart from that, the breakfast selection was okay.
