My group of 10 friends had an awesome stay at Dan’s rental. He was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location of the house is fantastic. We had a ton of fun in the backyard and the beach was quiet and relaxing. We would love to stay again!

Clean & cozy yet spacious beach house. Stayed 2 nights in mid Sept to attend a family wedding nearby. Plenty of room for our family of 8 plus our pup, who loved the backyard. Easy walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood by the lake.. Would def stay again & recommend.

Comfortable home, I did not read deep enough to see that bedding and towels were not included. This should be more boldly noted in the information. We could have been caught in a bad situation had we not been able to get the linen rental company to do a special drop off.

We rented this house for a week in August and we were so pleased with our choice. The location of the house couldn't have been more perfect-within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, and right by the Lake of the Lillies. The house was very clean and dog friendly, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the use of the screened in porch, backyard and 2nd floor deck. I would highly recommend this rental for a family get together since we were two families and we had plenty of space to spread out. The host, Dan, was quick to reply to any of our inquiries and conveniently lives a few houses away. Thanks for a great week! We would definitely rent again!!!

House is in great location, walkable to beach and boardwalk. Dan and Kelly were available and any problems were taken care of right away (coffee maker, can opener was replaced). It is a dog friendly house, and I know there is a 4hr window between guests, however, the smells from previous animals is nasty. There is a rug in the sun room that needs to be replaced with flooring. I sprayed it everyday to try and get rid of animal odors. Couches should have slipcovers that are removed and washed in between tenants. It took me about 4 days and a large bottle of Mr Clean to get rid of the flies and smells in the back yard. I know its not the owners fault, people don't clean up after their pets.

Great stay for our family with adult children and two dogs. The location was two blocks from Bradford beach which was a.nice quiet beach(although we rented in June). The house was clean with plenty of space with the upstairs deck being a great plus . Would definitely rent again!

Great house for a family. Short walk to beach and boardwalk was less than 1 mile away. Outdoor space was very enjoyable including the second floor deck. Top floor bedroom gets a bit steamy on hot days but there’s a sliding door you can keep open for the bay breeze. Nice experience overall.

Great property. The back yard was perfect for my small dogs. The upstairs patio was relaxing in the evening with views of the lake.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here with our children and dogs and the home is warm, inviting, had a perfect location and a very responsive owner. We can't wait to return !

Great house!

My wife adult daughter and I enjoyed a week at this spacious beach house. The kitchen is up-to-date with an attached dining area. There are 11/2 baths with an additional outdoor shower. We used the 2 largest bedrooms and slept very comfortably. We also enjoyed the enclosed sunroom and the upper level deck with a marvelous view of the nearby lake. The beach is a short walk away, and the 1mile boardwalk with games, rides and mini-golf begins a few blocks beyond the beach entry. The neighborhood is easy for biking, and riding or walking around the lake is great for watching wildlife. A great place for exploring all that Point Pleasant Beach has to offer!

We enjoyed this property. Nice location. Only problem was with these tiny flies, but Dan had an exterminator at the house the next day and it was helpful. Would stay again

I loved the location to the beach and boardwalk. Taking a walk on the boardwalk was one of my favorite things to do! It was also nice to sit out on the deck at night.

Staying here was great. We were able to walk to beach (5 min) and boardwalk (10 min ). House was very clean and spacious. Will come back next year.

Great, spacious, spotless, home with lots of space to entertain and enjoy. The deck overlooking the lake was serene and provided a pretty constant breeze. The beach is separate and more private, thus less crowded than the actual Pt Pleasant beach. Boardwalk is a couple of blocks away with its family-friendly attractions and well-known Tiki bar. Dan was very responsive to our calls, and during a brief power outage in the area, he brought over flashlights and batteries (the outage was over before we had to use them).

Great family beach house! Loved the sunroom for early morning coffee! Backyard fenced patio area wonderful for our two little toddlers to play while we relaxed on lawn chairs. Access to beach is actually more like 4 blocks from property. We loved that the neighborhood is quiet with boardwalk nearby! We would definitely rent again! Dont forget ti bring your own sheets and pillow cases.

My family had a great week staying at Point Paradise. Even though it doesn't look like it from the outside, the house is spacious inside. It was very clean when we arrived and all the beds were comfortable. 4 of the bedrooms are good sizes and have plenty of room to unpack. The 5th bedroom isn't a great space, as it's the entry to the upstairs deck, so no privacy. The deck is wonderful, with a great view of the lake and we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen is big enough for the whole family to be cooking and socializing together. It was missing a few items, which Dan replaced right away. The walk to the beach was EASY and perfect for coming home for lunch for those who wanted to. Close, but not too close, to the boardwalk.

I was so impressed with this rental and with Dan, the owner. The house is very spacious! The upstairs deck is just wonderful. It overlooks the lake and the breeze is fabulous. The 5 bedrooms are all beautiful. There is a beautiful sun porch where we had breakfast each morning. If we had a problem it was easy to contact Dan. The walk to the beach is very short! I would definitely rent again. We were extremely comfortable. I can not say enough good things about this rental and I have rented at the Jersey shore for the past 30 years! It’s a wonderful house and a wonderful location. You can’t go wrong with this rental. We had a wonderful week!

There are so many great things about this rental--location, location, location--but not just with regard to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with primarily year-round residents and it's just far enough away from the chaos several blocks to the north, which is closer to Jenkinson's and the boardwalk. Dan does a great job as host. He's extremely responsive to any questions ahead of time or while there. The only thing I missed while preparing for the week's stay was that linens are not provided. So, in the house handbook there is a wealth of information including the name and number of a local place that rents sets of bed sheets. We called them about 4 pm on check-in day and had stuff on the beds by 7:30. We did a lot of cooking for our family of 5 adults and two children, so the kitchen and it's pots/pans/etc were all very sufficient and the outdoor gas grill got a good workout, too. Without question topping off each evening on the second floor deck overlooking the little lake, along with the breeze blowing in off the ocean, plus a glass of our favorite beverage--well, it made it all worthwhile. We had near record high temps and humidity for a few days and with the AC units cranked way down and the ceiling fans circulating the air, we were able to rest comfortably despite the feels-like temperature. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a week with my family and 2 dogs. Dan is super easy to work with and quickly responds to any/all questions. For travelers with pets the house/location are great...lots of places to take them for long walks (around Lake of the Lillies) and a fenced in backyard area for letting them out in the morning/late evening. The house has tons of space for everyone to spread out...I agree with another person's comment that it's bigger in person than the pictures indicate. The location is exactly as described. You can easily walk to the beach access, and to Jenkinson's (10 mins) pier. Highly recommend this property, and I know we'll be back to rent again.

The house is great, perfect location and especially helpful if you are traveling with a pet because the yard in fenced. The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Dan was the perfect host. The house was everything we expected and MORE. He seemed to anticipate your every need and accomadated you, without even asking. I would definitely stay there again, and as a matter of fact, I AM visiting again next week ! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dan for everything.

Our stay at Point Paradise was very nice. The accommodations worked really well for our family dynamics. My elderly Dad was comfortable on the first floor (no steps) bedroom and full bathroom. The other bedroom on the first floor was very comfortable, airy and light. The second floor worked very well for my son and his family. They had their own privacy and my two grandchildren slept well without any disturbance from the adults downstairs. The highlight was our afternoon happy hour in the Sun porch a/k/a "the sunscreen porch" as my Grand daughter called it. Eating breakfast on the sun porch was our daily routine. I definitely recommend this house for your vacation rental the location was very convenient and we were able to walk to Bradshaw beach and also walked to Point Pleasant Boardwalk avoiding the very high cost of parking your car. The house was perfect for our whole family. The house is much larger than the pictures make it seem. The tropical decor added a fun touch. The beach is two blocks to the left and 1/2 a block up to the entrance. Having a fenced in backyard and an outdoor shower was great for the kids and the dogs! I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a family friendly vacation home!

We just got back from a fabulous week at this beach house. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The house was spotless and very well kept. You can tell that they put a lot of care, thought and effort into this rental to insure a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable stay. We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. All of the rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. There is a nice flow and an openness from the kitchen into the sun porch and out to the backyard. This gave us plenty of room to roam and yet still feel all together. We loved heading up to the second floor deck for some spectacular sunsets and great views of the lake. It is close enough to walk to the boardwalk yet far enough away that it’s peaceful and quiet at night. We were able to watch the fireworks from the front porch, which was really nice. There is plenty of parking and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you Dan and Kelly for a great week, hope to be back soon!

This is a delightful house and incredibly close to the beach. What could be better?! It has a nicely redone kitchen, a cute backyard and the second floor small balcony off of one of the bedrooms is great for the afternoon breeze. The house was spotless when we moved in and Dan was very responsive with any queries texted to him. Everyone had a great time. I hope we can rent the same house again next summer! I'd recommend the house to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dan!!
