This apartement is a perfect and beautiful base. We loved the detail, and didn’t want for a thing. Just glorious to wake up to the sunrise over the med and take it in with a coffee. And to return and sit on the balcony of a night just bliss. Barely a 10 minute walk to the train station and buses if you are venturing out of Antibes but lovely to walk into the old town or wander the marina.

The apartment has everything! The pictures does not lie :-) The size and the view from the balcony was really amazing. The equipment in the apartment was really something, so much extra things that made us feel so very welcome. (for example things to the beach) Two bathrooms were worth a great deal for us having two teenage daughters. The contact with Helen was very positive. She was very flexible and always answered quickly on my questions before the trip. We can highly recommend this apartment and Antibes.

We loved the apartment, fantastic veiew. A nice welcome. The pool was nice. And the walc to the City and the beach was perfect distance.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with a designer's touch. Access from all rooms to a beautiful terrace with incredible views. Antibes is well connected to all surrounding towns and a car is not required. One must however keep in mind that the building is on a steep hill but there is bus service to and from town. In short, the perfect place for a most pleasant stay on the French Riviera.

Unbelievable sea view + handy location + wonderful apartment = a great holiday ...so thank you . Highlight of the sea view was to see Dilbar, Ona and Sailing Yacht 'A' moored in the port ... a cool €1.25 bn worth of boys toys. Google them and see the exclusive tour of Dilbar on YouTube. Ideal location since only a short walk to the bus and train stations - meant we could relax and leave the car in the garage and avoid the busy roads. Apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. So no hesitation in strongly recommending this for the ideal Cote d'Azur holiday. Harry & Alison - Toulouse

Second visit to this apartment and would certainly recommend it. Tasteful decor - rooms all a good size - spotlessly clean - marvellous view from the balcony (where we seemed to spend most of our time) If you like to cook, after a visit to the local market, there is everything you would need in the kitchen - excellently kitted out - including electric BBQ -( there are evenings when one just enjoys watching the boats go by!). Trains and buses just minutes away so great if you like to hop on public transport to do some exploring. My review is short - only because I love everything about this accommodation. Super place for the perfect holiday.

This was our second visit to the apartment and Helen had decorated and replaced some of the furniture . It is a stunning well equipped apartment the views are beautiful and very relaxing . We love the location 20 minute stroll to the center of Antibes . 10 minute to the train station so if you don't want to hire a car then no need . The train runs frequently to Nice , Menton , Monaco in fact all along the coast line . Plus a bus goes from outside around to Juan le Pin . There are lots of good restaurants local markets . Sallis beach is great for every day along with Ponteil . If you want beach beds and a nice lunch then Keller beach fits the bill . My family tell me im fanatical about cleanliness and this is another reason why I like staying here . The apartment is spotless and modern . We will definitely going back .

Perfectly equipped and confortable apartment. We appreciated the absolute quiet as compared to the bustle of downtown. Stunning view of Old Antibes, Fort Carrè, the Gulf and far away Nice and the Alps. We appreciated Suzanne welcome on arrival, the welcome kit in the fridge, the great DVD library. We hope to go back next year.

Everything was perfect, from the first contact by mail with the owner to the end of our stay. The appartement is very comfortbale, very well furnished, has a huge terrasse with an incredible vieuw from Nice to the Cap d'Antibes, you feel there so well than you have only one idea to come back as soon as possible. This condo is ecactly as advertised. The view is breathtaking and the balcony is large and the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view of Antibes, its harbor and a panoramic view of the Côte d'Azur! We were glad we stayed in Antibes rather than Nice as it is less congested and well located to visit all of the Riviera. We drove to St. Tropez, Monte Carlo and Eze, Biot and St Paul de Venice and Nice. You can also take the train to these towns as the station is just down the hill from the condo. We took the coastal walk around Cap Ferrat which was a highlight for us. We ate in Antibes most nights and parked in an underground lot just next to the huge Ferris Wheel. It was easy to find and didnt cost much. We also made dinner in the ondo 3 times. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need just like home. There was even a garlic press!! The frig was stocked with wine, water, juice, milk, butter, crackers, coffee and other items to get us started. We used the dishwasher and washing machin which were easy to use. Detergent for both was included as was paper towel, toilet paper, soap and dish detergent. The condo is in very good condition and everything was in working order and clean. Suzanne greeted us on time and made check in easy. She was also easy to reach when we had a few questions. Helen, the owner, was also extremely helpful and great to deal with. We were there in October, so we didn't go to the beach, but there are many nice beaches within a 5-10 min drive from the condo. Our favorite restaurant was Le Brulot! Try it and make sure you go to the daily market in Antibes. It's got everything!! We travel quite often and rent apartments on a regular basis, I pride myself on the ability to select quality properties and I most definitely did it again! I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your stay on the Riviera,

This apartment is quite simply a real find, it is incredibly well equipped and beautifully styled, with a good sized pool.The large balcony with a spectacular view from Cap d'Antibes to Nice,taking in the Old Town, Port Vaubin,and Fort Carre is spectacular. Helen and the agent Suzanne were a pleasure to deal with, we would have no hesitation in booking again.

The apartment had a very luxurious feel to it with all amenities. We spent our time mainly on the large balcony with breath taking views of the marina and alps. Every room has access to the balcony. It was very quiet. We never felt the need for a hire care, Helen organised taxi pick ups from the airport so there was no worry over transport. There is a hill leading to the apartment, but buses from the old town that will take you to just outside - the views fully compensated for the hill!!!! The train station with frequent links to Nice and Cannes was easy to walk to. The pool was quiet and a good size. Before our holiday we had plans to visit lots of places but once we sat on the balcony we were more than content to spend a lot of time just taking in the view and completely relaxing. We will definately be returning

This is a good sized modern apartment that is very well appointed. Every room leads onto the large balcony which has spectacular views over Antibes marina. The view from this apartment is stunning - day and night, from every room even from the kitchen!, The apartment was immaculately clean, spotless, fully equipped kitchen. Elegant entrance, convenient location to train, bus and food shopping and quiet. Helen- owner and Suzanne - agent have been so helpful when questions were arose. I stayed for ten days on business trip and were so happy. It was a blessing to have a nice home to come back to every evening after a long tiring day!.

Fabulous property beautifully presented in a great location . It took 15-20 minutes to stroll into the old town ( 10 minutes walk to the train station ) There is a little bakery and local shop about 10 minute walk away . The pool was lovely on a morning . However we had a car so took several trips to Salis and Keller beaches . Access to A8 is quick which means it was easy to visit Monoco , Eze etc . If we visit Antibes in the future we would definately stay here again . Big plus for myself is that the apartment was spotless

The apartment was excellent. The fixtures and fittings, and linens are of a very high quality. Everything was scrupulously clean. The terrace crosses the whole width of the apartment; bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and bedroom. What a view to wake up to!! Incredible. The added bonus is the afternoon shade. When everyone around is burning up, it's a very pleasant place to soak up the view. 10 mins walk down the hill to the marina and SNCF, and another 5 to the old town. We used the frequent trains to explore further afield. The swimming pool is extremely pleasant, and very clean. Nice for a morning dip, and equally nice in the evening. Garage space kept all secure and cool. Personally, we would have struggled a bit without the car. All in all, 5* from us!! (...and we have been around a bit!)

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at the apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is 10-15 mins walk from town but there is a bus stop just outside which proved very helpful. The apartment was superbly presented on arrival and was immaculate throughout with everything we needed being provided. We basically lived on the balcony which has the most fantastic view over the marina and bay!

Helen, la charmante propriétaire a eu de gentilles attentions pour rendre notre séjour de Noël plaisant et Suzan son agent est une personne très sympathique. Wonderful apartment with a fantastic view. It couldn't be better. Easy walk to town. The apartment had all the necessary furnishings and equipment to make our stay extremely comfortable. We will be back!

Four friends traveling together for first time in Antibes had the pleasure of staying in this absolutely beautiful home. The view was amazing and the apartment had all the necessary items you would need for our week. Helen arranged for us to be greeted by Suzanne to assure we got in and acquainted with our surroundings. Walking into town was a breeze and we took advantage of driving to many of the towns in the area. Absolutely loved our stay and hope we can come back again soon. Thank you Helen for everything!

This is a lovely, spacious apartment with wonderful views in an ideal situation. We were able to walk into the charming old town old town and to wander round the busy marina before retreating to the peace and quiet of our extremely well-equipped apartment. The owner and manager were very helpful and had provided useful local information. We should love to go again.

Fabulous apartment with spectacular views. We really enjoyed our stay here, the photographs give a very accurate picture of this very well appointed apartment. It has been furnished and decorated extremely tastefully and the owners have obviously gone out of their way to ensure that it is equipped with everything that their guests could possibly require. All the rooms have sliding doors opening onto the balcony which affords stunning views of the Mediterranean and the yachts in the harbour. The town and the train station are within walking distance, and the old town of Antibes is charming. If you prefer to avoid the traffic and hunting for parking spots then the train system is very convenient and St Tropez is a pleasant boat trip from Juan les Pins or Cannes.

Absolutely marvellous Helen well done for offering a 5 star service. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and the view is truly millionaires penthouse view over the near distant Antibes harbour. The short walk down the hil to the patisserie and to the town is great, the apartment is immaculate and great attention to detail, we love all of Helen's decorations great taste. The kitchen is brand new and we were the first one to use it fantastic, got everything home from home got everything you need from dishwasher tablets to a dishwasher! And washing machine. Helen arranged a taxi for us from and to the airport at a great price and he was wonderful on time and very friendly, Suzanne the agent was marvellous she was so professional explained everything and very friendly So we highly recommend this rental and you will enjoy this so much
