Alrose Villa ist eine schöne 1 Schlafzimmer Wohnung im ersten Stock. Es hat einen herrlichen Rundum-Balkon; wo Sie sitzen und die Sonne aufgehen sehen können, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Hügel und die Lichter der Stadt in der Ferne. Die Villa verfügt über eine Eingangsveranda und eine große Treppe, die in den ersten Stock führt, wo Sie die Wohnung 4 finden. Einmal in der Wohnung, die vom Flur wegführt, finden Sie die Dusche (WC, Waschbecken, Duschkabine), Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett mit Memory-Foam-Matratze) Einzelbett auf Anfrage, Doppel-Kleiderschrank und Kommode. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangen Sie auf den Balkon. Die offene, geplante Lounge / Küche ist hell und luftig. Eine weitere Tür führt auf den Balkon. Die Lounge verfügt über ein Leder-2-Sitzer-Sofa und 1 Sessel, TV und Schrank, es gibt einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine offene, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Villa ist für 2/3 Personen geeignet, die sich das Hauptschlafzimmer teilen. Draußen ist ein gut eingezäunter Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Tisch und Stühlen und Wäscheleine. Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz für das Apartment an der Vorderseite des Anwesens. Das Eigentum ist auf der Wohnung zum Strand und zur Stadt. Es liegt an der Hauptbuslinie nach Studland, Sandbanks, Poole und Bournemouth. Es gibt viele Broschüren, Busfahrpläne und Informationen / Karten innerhalb der Unterkunft und das Touristeninformationszentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Attractive building, quiet and comfortable, great to have off street parking, short walking distance to sea front. Comfortable bed (mattress, foam pad, mattress topper) aided a good nights rest.
We were unable to remove a DVD from the TV, and as we couldn't find instruction book, reluctantly had to leave.
Bathroom basin, flip waste, ceased to work on last day, unable to release therefore had to leave rather than risk damage. Both embarrassing, however as not our property we were reluctant to use force

We only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant.

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The balcony and sea view were fantastic. The apartment was very clean. A little dated in places. I missed not having a freezer compartment in the fridge and I would have liked a dressing table in the bedroom! Other than that I was very happy and comfortable.

Arrived early at the property and actually met Nicky who was friendly helpful and informative!
The apartment was light and airy and had all the amenities required for a short stay. It is a very short to the beach and cafe.
The only downside was it’s location for me as the rest of my side we’re staying some way away.
I would stay again!

The apartment is perfect, has everything you would need, very comfortable, with a lovely (not massive but still great) view of the sea. Great location within minutes of the beach and not many more minutes to the town centre. Definitely made use of the balcony in the mornings and evenings. My only one point to make is that I'm only 5ft 1" and so couldn't reach the top shelves of the cupboards in the kitchen. I got by but a small step stool would have been really handy! Would definitely stay again though.

40th Anniversary
We enjoyed our long weekend in Swanage very much. The location was great and the apartment was fine. Kitchen area was small so no dishwasher, but otherwise well equiped.

A Comfortable Stay
We had a comfortable 4 night stay in the apartment in June 2022. The property is located in a good position for the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll in various directions to go further along the sea front or to the restaurants and shops. We made as much use as we could on various sections of the wrap around balcony to catch the sun for our afternoon teas or evening pre-dinner drinks!
We were assisted promptly by the very helpful host, Nicky, with any queries we had.
For anyone visiting Swanage please do try Tawny's Wine Bar for a beautifully presented, freshly cooked, high quality 3 course meal, (if you can manage it!), and a wonderful eating two hour experience. The white and red wine is good value too.
Yes the restaurant could be improved upon from the outside and inside but the service and food served is top quality so the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Perfect!
Flat no. 4 is a delightful apartment with a sunny well-sized bedroom and well-equipped living / dining room / kitchenette. Best of all is the lovely wrap-around balcony which was perfect for the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee or evening sunset with a glass of wine! The bathroom was a little small but had all we needed with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Its only a short walk to the quieter more sandy end of Swanage beach and the town centre is a gentle 5-10 minutes stroll along the promenade. It was a perfect getaway - thank you Nicola!
