One of the best places we have stayed at! The attention to detail is impressive, the staff are brilliant and nothing is too much for them. Beautiful views , food was amazing , drinks superb . Even made us a breakfast hamper when we were leaving early to go on a day trip!

The small size, ambience, views, privacy, location, and the excellent staff combined to make this a wonderful hotel to stay in in Dubrovnik. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the beds are Very comfortable. Breakfast is OutStanding!
As with many places where outdoor seating and patios are part of the attraction, cigarette smoke always seems to linger nearby. Disappointing, but this is pervasive in all hotels and restaurants, and definitely not specific to this hotel.

When we arrived at this Villa, the first thing we noticed was the breathtaking ocean view. The view was simply stunning and made us feel instantly relaxed. The Villa's architecture was also very unique and memorable. Every detail was designed with care and attention, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The staff at the Villa were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice and assistance. They greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us.
The breakfast at the hotel was the most impressive part of our stay. The Villa used a wide variety of local ingredients to create the most exquisite and colorful dishes. Every bite was a delight to our taste buds, showing the thought and effort that went into every dish.

This hotel was fantastic, from stepping into the reception on arrival to leaving. The staff are brilliant , very attentive and could not do to much for you. We was gifted evening treats each night that came to our door. We would leave for breakfast come back and the room was already cleaned. the breakfast was amazing so much choice from full English to pancakes and healthy options and the view from breakfast and the hotel is breathtaking. The walk to the old town is 15 minutes which is perfect or approx 14€ in a taxi. The beds were comfy and they have smart TVs which is a great bonus. It was also my partners birthday which then noticed when we arrived , when we come back from exploring there was a cake and champagne in the room. The detail and thoughtfulness of as lovely. We are so glad we stayed here and would 100 percent recommend to anyone !!
I do not want to say anything negative about this hotel as they were fantastic. The only thing I struggled with , we had a room that had a sliding roof and me and my partner aren’t overly tall and did hit our heads a couple of times and had to kneel down when using the coffee machine. We only stayed a couple of nights if it was longer I would of asked to switch rooms.

The boutique hotel had a beautiful sun terrace with views over the sea it was delightful to sit and have breakfast. Our terrace with hot tub was lovely. Breakfast choice and service was exceptional. All the staff were really helpful and very friendly.

Rooms were clean, spacious and great view with the terrace. A la carte breakfast was great each day with very friendly staff. Its a 20 min walk to the old town with some nice views on the way!

Absolutely fabulous property. Gorgeous setting on the cliffs above the Adriatic. The room was superb (thanks for the upgrade). The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional. Super communication before and after our stay. If you're heading to Dubrovnik, you couldn't choose a finer place to stay.

This boutique hotel is a true gem!!! We had a balcony overlooking the sea! They provided parking, it was an easy walk to the old town and city walls of Dubrovnik, and the food was AMAZING! The room was large, the bed comfortable, every detail was considered, AND…the bathroom had a soaking tub!!

The photos from booking.com do not do the location of this property justice. it is truly breathtaking. The staff were amazing, really made you feel like they couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was included but they still made a huge effort with service and presentation. Absolutely loved my stay at Villa Orabelle.
One small issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not very powerful. Not a huge issue for our stay as it was max 23 degrees Celsius but if you were staying in the true heat of Dubrovnik you would perhaps struggle

A little slice of luxury - the building, the staff, the stay. On top of that finishing touches were well executed. The food was good - though room for improvement (for the price). Two amazing swimming pools (though both not heated). The views were exceptional, and the location was absolutely perfect.
For our time of year (September), its worth noting that the pools will be a bit cold - but it’s fine for the hot months. Another bit of advice for other travellers - there are a lot of steps here, just like Dubrovnik itself - but well worth it! Finally my only critique: I felt the hotels food had room for improvement (particularly given the price of the evening food), but my wife was very happy with what she had. Overall these are very minor in comparison!

The property is absolutely stunning, it’s a beautiful location and very well kept. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The room we had was perfect and the bed was super comfy.
if I am being really picky, the pool was chilly, but fine on a really hot day to cool down, definitely didn’t stop me going in but may be too cold for some.

without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had. Comfortable rooms with 2 pools, great food and the nicest staff ever. The stay was so good that we didn’t leave to do any sightseeing whatsoever. Big thanks to Jorge especially you are the best 👏👏
