We spent a long weekend here with our adult children (in their 20s). Cannot say a single negative about the entire experience. Condo is clean, well furnished, spacious and even better than advertised. The location on NSB is ideal … away from crowds yet close enough to Flagler Ave, etc. Michelle is an exceptional owner with great communication. Highly recommend

This property is well maintained and just gorgeous! New Smyrna Beach is a wonderful little beach town with friendly people! The highlight of our stay was relaxing with family and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! This property only enhanced our wonderful time away!!!

Loved staying here and Michelle is fantastic. A toilet was broken and I do wish it could have been fixed during our stay but my father was able to use one in another room. But that was more difficult for him as he is elderly. The view of the ocean and beach was exquisite and the unit is fully stocked and meticulously clean. The location is fantastic as well. I would definitely stay at this condo again! Michelle is a wonderful host and communication with her is easy and prompt. You will love it!

Beautifully appointed 4th floor condo facing roaring surf on south side of building. HOWEVER - dishwasher and garbage disposal not functioning and not repaired during our stay. Several calls to owner resulted in one missed phone call with no messages.
Remote for beautiful TV was difficult to use. One hour with Spectrum rep resolved problem.
Suggestions from this person who has rented other properties. Respond immediately to complaints.
Provide instructions for TV remote and include channel listings.

First off, Michelle is wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Directions and check-in process were made easy by Michelle’s detailed instructions. The condo is extremely well-cared for and probably one of the most well appointed vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Views are great and the only slight for a December stay was that the pool was heated. However, I’m sure that’s an association decision. Don’t pass on an opportunity to rent Michelle’s condo, you will not be disappointed! 5/5 stars!

We had a lovely trip. The location is beautiful and the condo was spacious. The elevator was down for a good day but we made the best of it and used the stairs. Our host was easy to communicate with and helped with our concerns. We hope to visit again, soon!

Three generations stayed together. We love the location, plus this condo has everything. We’ll stocked, comfortable bedrooms, and gorgeous views. Hostess is very easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for more!

My husband and I were able to enjoy a week at the beach with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons. This condo was perfect! It was very clean, we had everything we needed to cook a few meals and communication with the host was great. I would recommend this property!

My husband, mother, and I were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful home for four weeks. We were looking for some respite from a cold, gray Michigan winter and this was the perfect getaway! Michelle was a wonderful host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She has beautifully decorated this spacious condo, including the most well-stocked kitchen of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The third bedroom also worked great for family to visit. The large balcony is the perfect spot to watch a rocket launch or the sun rise—we will miss starting our day this way!
Unfortunately, the pool is not heated and the water was very cold the whole time so we didn’t really get to use it, which was disappointing but no one’s fault. Thank you, Michelle, for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

We had a great family beach vacation here at the condo! The elevator was out of order for our stay which was a big bummer considering we have two toddlers, but the host refunded us a portion for the inconvenience. They have pretty much everything you need to enjoy the beach and the views from the condo windows and balcony are unmatched! We had a great time and would stay here again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful property. The beach, the pool and all the accommodations were excellent. The property was very clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the great view. I highly recommend this property and host. Michelle was so easy to work with and we appreciated her kindness.

This property has everything you will need or want to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. There are several safety measures in place that assure peace of mind while on and around the property. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked even with the little things like condiments that you may have forgotten. I especially liked the trash shoot in the kitchen closet. Beds and couches are all comfortable and clean. There is a great bar/ restaurant, within a 10 minute walk down the beach. Michelle was quick to respond to all my questions and requests. We had a family of six adults so we brought a blowup mattress that we used in the room with the twin beds. I would highly recommend this property.
