express check/in and check/out. the owner is easy-going and always nice to guests rooms are updated and equipped with latest appliance.

Way to much noise made by the owner. Doing construction work at 9 am. Not even 5 min of hot water for a shower. Been there 4 days no room cleaning. Room was very cold and heater was making a lot of noise

Did not go well. Poor management, everything in disrepair. Plumbing is old and needs upgrading. Would recommend a City Health Inspector come in and see the units. I requested a refund for the 2 days as it was noisy, could not rest. Called booking.com and they were of little help. I was not credited for the 2 days. I checked out at 2:45 p.m. as my brother has Parkinson's and is slow in moving. Had lots to pack up on my own.

This motel needs a complete overhaul. Everything needs upgrading. The owners are not doing the much needed upgrades. My room had a electrical heater in the bathroom which was rusted out. I feared that if I turned it on, a fire could start. The cleaning lady did not do a proper clean. Windows are dirty, floor is dirty, etc. etc.

Location was good.

Main reason we booked was because it had pool. We didn't find out there was no pool until it was too late to find anything else. Would have been nice to have some sort of discount for inconvenience. Overall the place didn't seem like it's been cleaned. No extra toilet paper given for second night.

We booked on June 11.Latest cancellation date was July 8 On July 9 we had an email Congratulating us that they had taken the whole $1347.80. We only booked because it had a Swimming Pool as advertised. As soon as we got there we were met by a poorly speaking ( English ) Manager who told us in no uncertain terms " No Pool Government Close Covid 'Why did they advertise it as available. Which I tried to tell him. We later found out that Swimming Pools were in use in other Motels. We booked in on the 23rd. July. They had plenty of time to tell us " No Pool " We were stuck. We went to our allotted Room checked its contents. ( Kitchen Unit) very little Cutlery, 1 Drinkig glass. No Can-opener. Grungy Pans. 1 small saucepan. No Knob on Hot Tap , but there was a pipe wrench to turn Tap. In the Bathroom the Hinge had fallen off the Sink Cupboard door. Very little water pressure from shower . Bath only 2 Foot wide .We went out and bought Glasses and Cutlery. No Writing Desk so everything had to go on the little round Dinning Table. On checking the Toaster I got a bad Electrical shock ( I was an Industrial Electrician 40 years). The following morning I took the faulty Toaster back to the Office and met the Managers Son and gave him the list of Faults we had found. He came over immediately and said that the Cleaners who only go into the Units when people leave. Had not reported any of the Faults we found ( No apology ) but him and his Son did fix the Kitchen Tap and the Cupboard door. He also insisted that we take $ 20.00 for the Glasses and Cutlery we bought, They also asked us if we would accept a Chest of Drawers in lieu of the Writing Desk. There was no Maid Service. After 4 Days we had to ask for a change of Sheets. Air Conditioner was good but placed so that it was in your face when you went to bed.

We were visiting this hotel since 2006, it was very decent place until this year. Very pure cleaning inside and outside, beds are uncomfortable, kitchenette was not equipped to make even small meal, no fan over oven so alarm turns on while you are making omelettes all the time, room was smells cigarette smoke, bath faucet was leaking, everything was run down , I would give no stars , swimming pool outside was closed due to inspection and renovation ( I think hotel should be prepared for summer season in advance not during high season)so we left one night earlier and of course asked for refund and it was refused …..

Good location

Out dated rooms only two plug ins have to unplug microwave to make coffee , no condiments with coffee asked front desk for coffee whitener tells me we don’t supply that only sugar ,, at $200.00 per night this is a rip off ,, ITS A $60.00 a night hotel don’t waste your money

The pool was not filled It was empty? No pots or pans in the kitchen for cooking?

Motel was close to some good restaurants and fast food. The air conditioner helped a lot. Cable was easy to use. Wifi was easy to connect to the box. Dish soap, toiletries, and some glassware available for use. They upgraded me to a one bedroom so my kids had a bed.

No ice, no pool during summer yet. Hard to access gate sometimes, but very safe motel.

No sheets on our beds. Used toothpick sitting on the dresser. Pool closed and this was not advertised when booked.

Cleanliness. Pool open like all other pools in Penticton.
