We had such a nice stay at Sydnees property. The house is beautiful and the view over the valley to the ocean is amazing! We cooked in the kitchen, enjoyed the spa, tools some walks in the community, and saw deer one day. The weather in July was beautiful every day. Cool and breezy with only a little marine layer on the coast in the mornings. Sydnee was very responsive whenever we had a question or a need. Definitely a positive experience.

Oh Wow! What a beautiful space it was for my family. We had a wedding held nearby. There was plenty of space. The couch in the living room double as another place to crash. Room for six is accurate. We had four adults and child. There are toys and games my granddaughter found right away to enjoy something to play after their long drive. The view to the sand dunes ocean hills. My sister and I walked down the very quiet Windermere ln hearing seeing birds of all kinds. Apr 2nd was the time of year of our stay. We didn't really need much the windows each framed a beautiful view. Linda

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The views are beautiful and very private. It is amazing and we can’t wait to go back again!

This house is much brighter, nicer and cozy than the photos shared. It was spacious for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was very private and love that it’s not far from downtown. Only down side are the bees in the backyard. There were way too many but It didn’t let us stop using the backyard though. Overall, the house is clean, comfy and will return again but hopefully less bees.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this home! It is extremely clean and updated. It has a beautiful view outside. The hot tub was wonderful for the chilly nights. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay in Arroyo Grande at this beautiful home. The host was communicative and brought us extra paper towels when needed. The view is incredible - all the way down to the coast. Beautiful sunsets from the yard. The hot tub was a real bonus! Everything was comfortable - we would’ve liked to have stayed longer!

Great location for relaxing and getting away, with a beautiful view! We had a great time hanging out at the beautiful property. We enjoyed the sunset, spacious kitchen and hot tub. Feels secluded but close enough to town. We went wine tasting in Edna Valley and the bluff trail at Montana de Oro. Great spot!

Very clean, fantastic location, tasteful appointments. Just make sure to bring your own pantry/kitchen essentials for cooking.

The house was better than advertised. Everything about it was better than the pictures. House was immaculate and outfitted in a first class way. Everything seemed new. Kitchen was well-outfitted and appliances appeared to be new. Sundries provided were highend. Overall an excellent rental. Host was a great communicator prior to our stay. Highly recommend it

This house is the perfect getaway. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful backyard and all of the amenities you need.

It’s a short 10 minute drive to enjoy everything Pismo beach and the five cities have to offer. Yet staying at this place offers all the quietness and relaxation you crave after a long day at the beach, the dunes or eating and shopping. We really loved this place and the host made things very easy. It’s nice, clean, roomy and had nice views and more. Anytime we are in Pismo we will look for this place.

What a beautiful home! Super clean, fun ping-pong table in garage, beach cruisers, even sand toys. The backyard was my favorite!! We had our coffee by the fire pit every morning and watched all the birds.

My bridal party and I rented this VRBO to get ready for my special day. It was the perfect house for the occasion!! The property and house were gorgeous and perfect for taking professional pictures and the girls enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home up in the hills of Arroyo Grande. The views are amazing all around the backyard. It is a nice, quiet and pleasant little neighborhood as well. The home was very clean and tidy and felt comfortable right away. Thank you to our host for making it a great stay!

Home was exceptionally clean, detailed information to access Jacuzzi and Tv easily. Location was perfect quick access to beach, markets and restaurants. Space was open and comfortable and stocked with all basic needs. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay!

We are currently packing up to head home, wishing we could stay longer!This house is perfectly located: in a gorgeous neighborhood away from road noise, with spectacular views all the way out to the sea.The owners were kind and responsive. The only minor setback is the odd appointment of the kitchen. Just a warning to other travelers: we like to cook dinner a couple times while on vacation. The kitchen here has very little. We ended up having to buy our own HandiWrap, foil and cookie sheet. Seasoning was limited to salt, pepper and a couple other random things. Certainly not a reason to pass up on this place-- just back your own seasoning and Saran Wrap and you'll be good to go!
