Firstly I will say the two very small bad points before explaining why I feel this apartment clearly deserves 10/10 has a overall picture and reflection on my stay and why you should not pass this opertunity. The negatives are very small but fairly reflect upon price and quality of stay. the property is a very large apartment block the entry is at the back first entrance door from side street at first it can seem hard to find but once there it’s easy and very clear where you are!! the only other bad point is the first door is a little tricky (typical Ukrainian older entry door key) now the good points.. communication is perfect.... the owners are very kind leaving nice touches.... and general concern that there guests will be comfortable in there city for example when I was first there I asked where the shop was... not only did the owners show me but they also helped me get back to the apartment safe in terrible Ukraine weather conditions. The owners very warm people with superb attitudes. This is typical Ukrainian hospitality which I’ve experienced with many good people of Ukraine... the apartment itself is superb value for money it’s modern and has two very good size bedrooms... a kitchen with working cooker sink and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of hot water too. Also there is hallway with unit and a good bathroom the price is also superb for two bedrooms and outside there is a tram stop if on a budget or otherwise uber prices are very little for western pocket to anywhere from this location at minimum cost... quick also to station or airport from here. I was with my son 17 years old and my girlfriend came later. My son had privacy in his superb bedroom and we had our bedroom too... both beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding and apartment was warm and comfortable also in January in bad weather conditions.

Just entry door key however easy to understand if you watch instructions off owner everything else perfect
