Die Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr gut. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden und man kann vom Parkkeller mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung. Da wir mit zwei Autos waren hatte man sogar noch einen zweiten Garagenplatz für uns. 👍 Infrastruktur wie Bus und U-Bahn sind hervorragend zu erreichen.

Die Gegend um die Wohnung rum ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vielleicht weil es zu einem Außenbezirk von Barcelona zählt.

Quiet location and property was clean apart from kitchen utensils

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable, equipped and comfortable.

Neighborhood

Very comfortable and nice place. Host waited for us and answered all our questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including bathroom supplies and spices.

The kids dropped some toys while playing on the sofa and it was quite dirty under the sofa. Other than that is was relatively OK.

Nothing

It was not clean. Beds were really bad. The two single beds were the cheap foldable ones. The one was a couch bed and the bed for two was heavly used and low quality so it was not good at all. One room was leaking water so we had to clean it and empty one cup that was holding the water like twice a day. Evrthing looks nice in the Fotos but once you get there its different. The couch in the living room area is broken. I can go on and on about the apartment... And yeah its in a ghetto area it didnt bother us but just tu let you know. The pool - what use has an indoor pool if its not heated or clean so you can use it.

We booked the apartment for accommodation whilst attending Primavera Festival and in terms of location for festivalgoers it was great 3-5 min walk to the festival and not far too the beach, there is also a nice cafe close to the building that serves breakfast.

The main bedroom that I slept in was a good size and had a En-suite but it was completely ruined by the lack of proper curtains, the curtains currently in the room are more decorative than functional so every morning at 5am the room is flooded with light, not great if you are trying to sleep.

The owner was really helpful and nice. 3 different rooms and 1 living room....Excellent distribution :-) and the subway is not far from the flat.
