Very accommodating staff who provided all sorts of tips and suggestions. Matteo even assisted with some washing! Apartment well equipped with all the necessities, including eating in with supplies from a nearby supermarket.

Nothing - was all terrific

Man ist direkt aus der Haustür gegangen und war mitten im Herzen Veronas, die wichtigen Attraktionen waren allesamt maximal 15 min entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hatten ein zentrales Büro, waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Die sonstige Kommunikation über WhatsApp war jederzeit einwandfrei. Sie haben uns Restaurant Tipps gegeben, das Kennzeichen aufgrund der ZTL angemeldet und vor dem Haus auf uns bei Anreise gewartet. Bei Bedarf wäre das kostenfreie Ausleihen von Fahrrädern (insg. 4 Stück) möglich gewesen. Schirme bei schlechtem Wetter standen zur Verfügung.

Das uns empfohlene erste Restaurant (... de Vino) war äußerst hochnäsig, die Unterkunft kann fairerweise aber nichts dafür. Wir empfehlen selbstständig nach Restaurants zu suchen statt die Vorschläge vorschnell anzunehmen. Die Lage ist an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße in der Innenstadt, wer einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat für den könnte es möglicherweise zu laut sein.

Sehr schönes, angenehm großes Zimmer mit sehr guter Einrichtung. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Lediglich ist tagsüber Straßenlärm wahrzunehmen (trotz schalldichter Fenster).

We absolutely loved our stay! The studio apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower was a major plus. The building felt very secure, and the location was perfect - safe and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly and readily accommodated our minor requests. The instructions they provided were clear and comprehensive, and they even included a map of the city with highlighted points of interest. The powerful A/C kept us cool, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a quiet and peaceful place, ideal for getting a good rest.

Die Zimmer waren echt toll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Managerin war super nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei all unseren Belangen geholfen. Sehr nettes Personal und ich habe mich echt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr sehr gut und man erreicht alles zu Fuß

Nice and cozy apartment near the centre of the city. Rather clean and comfortable. Very pleasant location and friendly staff. We were arriving late and the staff kindly provided an instructions for self check-in, it was very convenient

They ask guests to throw the rubbish from the apartment into the bins in the street before departure. And to clean the kitchen area - to do the dishes and so on. Otherwise they will take an extra fee of £50. It’s ok, but in such case I expect an extremely clean apartment. I mean if you want your guests to do some extra things, like extra cleaning, you have to provide 100% clean apartment. But it’s not. It’s clean enough, but normally clean, nothing special. There was some rust in the bathroom, some stains in the walls, dust and dirt in the baseboards. So why do we have to do extra things in case we don’t have an extra clean apartment? Also you have to keep in mind that the door on the 0 floor is opening automatically. And you can’t stand or put some bags near its sensors, otherwise the door will not open. It would be nice to write some information about it somewhere on the walls in case your guests got stuck on the 0 floor at night. Also it would be nice to provide some instructions how to sort the rubbish in case you ask your guests to do so.
