Menelaos was a fantastic host. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a seafood platter and delicious baklava. The fridge was already stocked with the essentials. He was always available and continued to surprise us with tasty treats throughout our stay, along with great excursion tips. The furniture was uniquely charming, and the location was stunning—right by the sea. A beach with perfect access to the water was just 1-2 minutes away by foot. We relaxed on the terrace, which had very comfortable loungers. Everything we needed was provided: the kitchen was well-equipped for example with a kettle, two different coffee machines, a toaster, and a sandwich maker. There was even a first-aid kit with medications and a thermometer. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked excellently throughout. The small village had everything we needed, including many excellent tavernas, shops, and a mini market for groceries.

Everything was great, the location and the view were just amazing. The vila is just as you see in the picture, located right on the sea. The terrace is amazing!

Menelaos' house is exceptional. The house is in impeccable condition, it is outfitted with everything we needed, it is immaculately clean, the view is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about the property. Menelaos is an wonderful host. He was sincerely engaged with us to be sure we enjoyed our vacation. We cannot wait to come for another visit.

Great place super clean and even better than on pictures. The little backyard terrace directly giving on the water is fabulous. Menelaos is a great host, very involved so the guests have the best experience. Everthing was clean and and well equiped. Beds are confortable and the village of Mochlos is very cute!

The property is flawless! We had an excellent stay, by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed in in Europe. The village was super charming, the restaurants great but by far the best part of our trip was just being in Villa Menelaos and being hosted by Menelaos, absolutely beyond expectations.
