L'appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale, è dotato di tutte le necessità. È situato in posizione privilegiata, fuori dal centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Ha un terrazzo con vista invidiabile sul Sorapis, Antelao a sinistra e Tofane a destra. L'abitazione è circondata dal verde in una splendida e caratteristica frazione di Cortina. La signora Fabia sa mettere da subito a suo agio gli ospiti con la sua disponibilità. Vacanza da replicare. Consigliatissimo!

L’appartamento è centrale, pulito e ben fornito. È piccolo ma ben distribuito. Fabia è molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo rimasti una settimana a casa della Signora Fabia: la casa è curatissima, pulitissima ed è fornita di tutto nonostante sia una piccola mansarda. Inoltre la vista dal balcone è strepitosa e la Signora Fabia è molto attenta ai dettagli. Speriamo di poterci tornare!

Prima vakantiewoning om de mooiste "hikes"te maken in de omgeving van Cortina. Ook slechts 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon.

L'ubicazione della casa è ottimo. Si gode di un'ottima vista dal terrazzo posto sul soggiorno. Posizione tranquilla, lontano dal traffico. Abbiamo fatto la vacanza in famiglia con 3 adulti ed il nostro cagnolone. La casa ha tutti i comfort, pulizia perfetta e i proprietari disponibili e cortesissimi. Da tornarci sicuramente

La mansarda è piccolina ma dotata di ogni confort con una vista da sogno su Cortina! Noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini e siamo stati bene. La sign.ra Fabia e la Figlia sono state molto gentili ed accoglienti. Cortina e le sue montagne sono uniche!

La sig.ra Fabia è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è pulito, ben fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Camera matrimoniale piccola. La posizione è ottimale sia dal punto di vista panoramico che per una passeggiata in centro.

L’appartamento è delizioso: pulitissimo, accessoriato di tutto e accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile: a due passi da Cortina (raggiungibilissima a piedi anche con i bimbi piccoli) con affacci straordinari sulla città e sulle montagne. I padroni di casa sono stati squisiti: gentilissimi e ospitali. Un saluto al bellissimo cagnolone Benny che ha conquistato la nostra bambina!

Die Wohnung wird im Inserat umfassend beschrieben. Die Lage ist zentral und eignet sich hervorragend für alle möglichen Unternehmungen. Fabia ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Kaffeemaschine würde die Ausstattung komplettieren ;-)

We had a very pleasant week at the apartment. A good location for spectacular hiking and walkable distance into the town.

Only about 10 mins walk to the centre. Fabia couldn't be more helpful. Organized a rental car for us as the buses were finished for the season and gave us a lift to the bus station when we leaving. Thanks Fabia. Great value.

On arrival we were greeted by Fabia who was very friendly and helpful. Fabia showed us around the property and gave us helpful advice about the area, access and local amenities. The property itself was delightful, clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay and amazing views from both balconies. We would definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

The apartments is perfect for a family. The owners are very friendly and helpful. If I had to return to cortina dampezo i would definitely return to the same house.

We had an enjoyable stay in Fabia's apartment. She picked us up at the bus station and dropped us off on our departure. The apartment is bright and compact with a panoramic view. It is in a quiet location not far from the city centre. There is a large storage room for belongings and the washing machine is a bonus. There is a stock of basic supplies and even a welcome bottle of wine and platter of fresh apples. An easy place to relax.

The apartment on top fllor of Villa Dolomitica is perfect for two with lots of space for luggage and stuff. Fine bed in bedroom, nice living room, a small but fine kitchen with most of what you might need. All linens, utensils and service ok and CLEAN. That goes for the apartment as a whole! A 10 minutes walk and you are in the center of Cortina. A perfect spot for exploring the beatifull mountains around Cortina. We definitely want to come back, next time in winter. This is a very good location. Cortina is central to a lot of good hiking and the unit is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The owners were very helpful with planning our drives through the mountains. The apartment was very clean and has a great balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is a table and chairs on the balcony and so we ate every meal there (thanks Fabia for the olive oil). There is a main road not far away and so there was some traffic noise but that was not a problem at all when we were inside. If you do go, scope out the town closely on Google maps beforehand so that you can find the address. The town is not large and is easy enough once you get your bearings but it has winding one-way roads that are not well marked. The owners were very professional to deal with and everything went very smooth

This holiday home is a perfect starting point for day trips around Cortina and the Dolomites. It's a really nice and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, an awesome view from the balcony and very friendly owners! The city centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo is only minutes away, Tre Cime di Lavaredo and countless other nice hiking tours are within an hour of driving. All the Best, Dave

Really nice accomodation, lovely owners, everything what you need on the doorstep with short walk to the town. Well equipped apartment, clean and very spacious for 2 people. Cortina area itself, it's a fantastic playground for mountain lovers. Very scenic with big variety of choices. Hopefully will be back next year. Kristof & Jenni

Our stay w Fabia & Fabio could not have been better! This adorable apartment is situated on the hillside above Cortina, with views of the town, church, and Mountains from bed & the living area. It faces South allowing sunshine to flood the home most of the day. They have thought of everything right down to amazing coffee, scissors to open packages, food seasonings, and laundry detergent. We were there to rock climb, and the extra bedroom was perfect for gear. They are 12 minutes from Tofana Di Rozes & Cinque Torree. 30 minutes to Tre Cime, so location could not be better. Once home from our daily fun, we parked the car & walked everywhere. Town is 5-10 minutes (depending on where you are going.

This apartment is well positioned just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cortina, and so an easy walk for a coffee in the evening at Lovat. The accommodation was very comfortable, we cooked in the evenings and the kitchen and equipment were good for this. The double bedroom was rather small but given the price we thought the apartment was very good value. We had a very warm welcome from Fabia who was always on hand if we had any questions. One evening we got back late (half past midnight) from a trip to Venice to find our way into the apartment blocked by snow, but Fabio and a neighbour came out to clear the road. Amazing! We had a lot of snow while we were there (2 metres in 2 days) and Fabio was really helpful in clearing the snow so we could get out and about. We had a great time and the apartment provided a really good base, we hope to stay here again on our next trip to Cortina
