De kamer was net zoals op de foto. Verder erg schoon en een comfortabel bed. De service was ook goed! Erg aardig personeel:) Verder is het erg dichtbij het station gelegen, in een hele leuke wijk, op loopafstand van het centrum. Kortom, alles wat je wilt van een hotel.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.

De locatie was prima. Sfeervol hotel, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en een goed bed.

Aan de prijzige kant voor een erg kleine kamer. Badkamer had een nare lucht. Geen lift.

De gastvrijheid van de mensen die er werken. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit prachtige hotel. Ook was het restaurant erg mooi en het eten echt uitstekend. Wij hebben een aantal mooie dagen gehad en wij zullen altijd Alex aanbevelen als het goto hotel in Maastricht

Prima ligging en leuk restaurant onder de accommodatie

Het geluid in de nacht. Wij lagen in kamer 18 op de derde verdieping. Er stond waarschijnlijk een warmtepomp vlak naast de kamer waardoor wij amper konden slapen. Geluid is vergelijkbaar met in een vliegtuig zitten.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, Aktivitäten im Nachbarzimmer sind deutlich zu hören, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja Nichts. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Lage ist perfekt, sehr schöne Geschäfte und Lokale, alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Nice location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in direct proximity - perfect starting point to explore the town. Our room was nice, spacious and clean. The dinner at the hotel was tasty and good value, so was the breakfast. Good and friendly service.

Steep stairs and no elevator - guests with physical limitations should make sure to get a room on the lower floor.

I liked everything about this property. The location downtown is ideal being two blocks from both the train station and a parking garage. The bar/restaurant was excellent. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, great chef. The room was great, full of character, comfortable, and very quiet for being downtown and above a bar. We had a room with a balcony, which was fun and relaxing. One caveat: we were there in the cool of spring so it might be a lot louder in summer with doors and windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No elevator but we were fine using the (steep) stairs.

Did not realise there was no lift. I was on an upper floor and a big suitcase. Certainly got my exercise hauling it up.

room heating difficult to regulate, a bit coolish. the picture to the room I had booked didn't match the one I was given.

The place was clean.

The hotel has a bar nextdoor and poor soundproofing. During our stay, the bar next door was extremely loud until 1 am (and just normal loud after that...), so it was a very bad experience. We called the front desk a couple of times after midnight to ask what could be done about the noise, but nothing could be done, they did not change us to another room and didn't have earplugs.

Location, showers, staff, food, cleanliness all perfect.

Needed to change room as original room noisy. Manager Luca couldn't have been more helpful. The rest of our stay was even better. We will be back.
