Nice breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel. The room is very clean with everything I needed. Fabrizio is a really kind host, reactive and gave good advices to discover the city!

Fabrizio is a fantastic host. He explained us everything we needed to know about Brindisi and the best spots in Salento. Also the room was perfect, close to the city center and super clean, modern and nice. There are a lot of restaurants and also a supermarket close by. The room itself is located in a small and quiet street. We had a great experience and can definitely recommend a stay at B&B 20.09. There are a lot parking spots around the B&B. If you arrive in the evening after 8/9 pm it might take a few minutes to find a free parking spot, but during the day it’s super easy. We always found one, even in the evening hours. Fabrizio also gave us some good tips for free parking.

Everything was perfect.

a beautiful room (especially the ceiling) on a 5-10 minutes walk up to the trainstation or down to the waterfront and city centre. Brindisi itself is a nice town, nicer than we thought. You can see the highlights easily in a day. The host is very friendly, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. There is a coffeemachine in the room and we found some water and juice in the fridge. the door of the room opens directly to the street. that is both an advantage (you get in and out easily) as a disadvantage (you can not sit on garden or balcony)

in Puglia, we had extraordinary good breakfasts at all our B&B’s. Knowing that, the coupon for one coffee and one peace of pastry in a nearby bar, was less appealing. Bur of course, the information on the booking-site had been clear about that.

A room on the ground floor with an entrance straight off the street. A nice large room with comfortable bed. Our arrival was delayed and we arrived very late, but the key was in a key safe outside. Voucher for breakfast at a cafe on the Main Street a couple of minutes walk away.

It’s a beautiful place to be. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fabrizio was very helpful and he communicated super fast about what’s app, when we had some questions. We were even able to deposit our luggage early in the morning and were allowed to check in earlier. He give us good recommendations and was very helpful.

Location is very good and staff super nice with lots of good advices and tips what to see, do and eat :). Place was clean with confortable beds and everything is pretty new.

Maybe some daylight in the room, but anyway we spend most time outside so not much of a problem.

The apartment was very clean. Fabrizio did a great job explaining restaurants and attractions in the area. The perfect host. It was a close walk to the port, shops, restaurants and groceries.

Fabulous experience. Very convenient location close to the station and the centre of the city. Beautiful comfortable room with all the facilities one could want. Fabrizio was really helpful, pointing out things to see in the city, places to eat and drink, and even took us to the airport for an early flight home.

It is very close to everywhere

Althoug the room is not noisy it is just at the small street so in the morning you could sometimes hear the life from the street.

Perfect location and the host is incredible! After moving hotels because the other hotel was so terrible, this was a huge welcome sight!!! Friendly, super clean and perfect location. Would absoloutely stay again. Also booked airport transfer and very reasonable rate.
