Location great for exploring the old city, museums, and is walking distance of all the important sites. Staff is phenomenal, food outstanding and the rooms beautiful. I would recommend with no hesitation

Rosselli is exclusive and elegant. We loved it. The staff made us feel like family. Every single one. The rooftop is great. Undergrain restaurant is an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back

The breakfast was limited. Given the space, I would suggest providing more variety such as omelette with more thna just an egg. Housekeeping was also not ideal; we'd often run out of tissues / toilet paper / water and had to cal for towels that they didnt replace.

I felt like I was staying in a hotel that was under-construction/ opening phase. Facility wasn't amazing - for example, the swimming pool looked great in picture, but it looks NOTHING like that, in real life. There is also absolutely no pool service, the pool bar was closed & dusty, as if it has never been used before. The room size is good - however, the room I stayed in was way too dark. The shower had no curtains, which got the bathroom super wet after the shower. Breakfast was ok - not great, and not many options either.

the roof surfaces were too hard. all terrazzo and hard floors with no soft surfaces like carpet or rugs which didn’t feel homey

the room was small, located at the front of the property which was noisy, the bathroom was black with poor lighting, one light in the room could not be switched off

Breakfast was superb with a great variety of choices, however, kitchen was in slow motion. Lunch and dinner choices were rather limited but very tasty and service was excellent and all personnel very friendly.

The slow motion of the kitchen to prepare breakfast or any other meal, be it lunch or dinner. Given the current safety measures on the pandemic, they have taken all the necessary measures to safeguard our health and safety.

Location was very good. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The design of the hotel is beautiful.

The rooms were lacking. The room was cramped and small. The floor is bare of carpet.and it give a cold feeling. The windows were not sealed enough, and the noise from the street disturbing.

This hotel is in a great spot in Valletta - a short walk to the cathedral and many restaurants. It is a new hotel with some quirky rooms but good facilities and above all fantastic staff. Any requests from the room were dealt via What’s app which was very quick. Everyone was extremely helpful especially the breakfast staff who were very friendly ensuring you had a good start to the day. If you feel like a treat the Michelin star restaurant is a must but book before arrival.

We visited out of season and the bar and hotel restaurant were not manned but drinks could be ordered with no problem. This hotel has a sister one a couple of blocks away (Saint Joan) and so used the bar there, as their residents had breakfast with us.

Extremely clean, tidy and well looked after hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, loccitane products in the bathroom were a real treat. New glass bottled water given daily during the turn down service. Staff were friendly and responded to any problems in good time.

The bathroom is a wet room and our shower leaked into our bedroom the first time we used it. The staff attempted to resolve the problem and thought that they had but after that point we concluded not to have the shower on full power because whenever we tried, the water was creeping towards the bedroom. The restaurant is extremely busy on random days and cannot cater for the amount of guests that are staying and have pre paid for breakfast included, we had to wait in the lobby on a couple of occasions for 10-15 mins until there was a table free, it’s not a big deal but just something worth mentioning.
