The location was nice.

The apartment was cold damp and not aired. It is an old building but It had not even been cleaned. The bedding was smelly and dirty and had hairs from previous guests. We left after one night of our 3 night stay. We moved to a much nicer clean place. The host is a letting agency, not a private host. They insist you sign a lease, which is ridiculous for a 3 night pre-paid stay. The host was difficult to deal with and not helpful.

In the centre of the old town, if you have never been to Alghero that's useful... Bus to Maria Pia beach 5 min walk to bus stop & 15 min drive. Plenty of restaurants in centre & supermarket close by. Kitchen fairly well equipped.

Usually stay in newer apartment so this one in via Majorca was a bit of a surprise... Obviously very old hardly any sunlight, courtyard was a bit untidy! with no sun, tiny shower which does need a good clean!

Everything was just perfect. everything you needed was in the apartment. you’re provided with 3 different towel sizes (body, hand and face towel). cutlery, coffee machine etc.

The apartment is very well equipped, you really have everything you need. The location couldn't be better. No matter where you want to walk, the apartment seems always to be in the right place. It's like magic. :) Our host Stefano was wonderful and always available to answer any questions and meet our expectations. I love that Alghero places such a high value on waste separation.

Although everything was more than ok, I had expected a softer mattress. Might be something to invest in in the near future. Keep in mind that it is a historical building, you can literally smell it. The apartment itself doesn't smell "historical", just the entrance of the building. It's something that the owner can't improve or change. If such smell is bothering you, don't book it.

Spotless apartment right in the historic center but on a quiet street with zero noise. Everything was very comfortable and the host offered excellent communication.

It was a bit challenging to figure out how the kitchen was set up and a few additional utensils for cooking would have made it easier.

We love this little apartment - so quiet, comfortable & well placed. This was our 2nd stay.

Excellent one bedroom apartment. Very well equipped, including new washing machine. Comfy, new queen bed in quiet room. Great location near cathedrals in old town.
