Lots of room for us to not feel crowded. Gorgeous views from deck. Communication was great. The resort was great. They had everything we needed so that, except for the grocery store, we could have spent all our time there. The condo was perfectly designed to fit all of us comfortably. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We will be wanting to rent again.

The room was beautiful and has great view. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The room is exactly as pictured and had more room than I expected. The room has plates, cups and pans for cooking and eating. This room is one of the best that we have stayed at, at Splash resort in the past.

This room was amazing and we hope to be able to get it again. Perfect location perfect floor for when the elevators either had a long line or happened to b down. This room was spotless. And the owner was very polite to talk with. Check in was very smooth and fast and the lady’s were super friendly.

Had a great time. Weather was perfect. The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, loved the Smash Burgers from the on site Grill. Got me a Banana Daiquiri everyday (delicious). Can’t wait to come here again!! My grandchildren loved the place as much as the Adults did. We all had a great time.

I’m soo glad we picked this unit at Splash. Communication with Mr. Germany was a breeze. Everything was super clean, humidifier did what it was supposed to do and the beds were super comfortable. 2nd floor is a must even though the elevators weren’t as slow as we prepared ourselves for. Very spacious unit and kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils for cooking. All of Splash had a pretty quick walk back to your car and just as easy walk to your beach chairs. I’d stay again without a doubt. Thanks for making us feel at home!!
Info to know about amenities: Riptide bar side food was soo good and fresh! Splash pad and lazy river is not heated. Both pools are heated. Loved the community sharing of Take a toy, leave a toy to help keep the beach area clean.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Being on the 2nd (really 4th floor from ground level) was nice so we didn’t always have to wait on the elevator. The luggage carts were super helpful to haul all of our stuff in and out. The pools and lazy river were nice and fairly clean. The beach service was a nice perk included with this listing. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Only feedback would be to have more pots and pans stocked.

*pay attention to humidifier as the condo will get musty if you don’t dump it
*the condo is spacious with a great view but I would recommend updating, painting, and refreshing the condo. We felt the condo is outdated and really needs paint in several areas that are chipped and coming off; we didn’t get a “home-y”/cozy vibe
*maybe supply hand soap, dish soap and a little more toilet paper and paper towels for those staying the week, if possible - maybe even depending upon the number of guests

We have stayed at this same condo for 3 years in a row and are booking next year. The condo is always clean and was even better stocked this year. We like being on the 2nd floor so we can take stairs if needed. We are always happy to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was on the 2nd floor and that was extremely convenient. We still had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We would highly recommend this unit.

Everything was great except for the check in process. The office to get our parking pass and Splash wrist bands decided to close early which meant we had to go down and do that the next day. We rushed to get there before 5:00 and even though they were still there they told us to come back the next day. That is not the property owners fault though. Everything else was great - comfortable beds- decently supplied kitchen- plenty of towels and blankets. Chair service being included was a big plus! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and great location. I would recommend putting a mattress in pullout on bottom of bunkbeds. Thank goodness i brought a blow up twin mattress and sheets. Pool area and play area were great I wonder why they don't have a ramp to get your beach carts and wagons down.
The two beach chairs were a nice surprise. We had to chuckle as to the dehumidifier. We have one at our home. Most people don't even know what they are. We emptied it out several times a day and it really helps with the moisture. It makes such a difference as your condo didn't have that damp smell like most of the places we rented. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you again

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo -- we love it. It is clean, the beds are very comfortable and Josh Germany is great to work with as manager. The only drawback are the crowded elevators, so it helps being on the second floor with the ability to occasionally take the stairs. We will be coming back.

The last few years we’ve stayed in this exact spot. We love it. Josh is always available if we have questions. Always very clean. We enjoy that it’s on the second floor and shorter distance to beach/pool. 10/10

I’m going to start with the cons as I feel some of this needs to be addressed.
1. The ceiling has a tremendous amount of mold. Not just above the showers, but in the closets and bedrooms. My daughter’s room was the worst. I understand that this is a condo at the beach and humidity is an issue, but we’ve never seen this much and we come to PCB every single year multiple times. The ac vents also have a tremendous amount of mold around them too. I can’t imagine what the ducts look like.
2. The place needs a serious coat of paint. It looks to be original to 2007 when it was built. Lots of it missing with scuffs.
3. Dirty dishes. I always wash anything we use beforehand, but I don’t like pulling out visibly dirty bowls and utensils.
4. Bed linens. The sheets appeared to be clean, but unsure when the last time the comforters have been cleaned. They just felt dirty and as I was putting my daughter to bed I noticed makeup and other miscellaneous on hers.
5. Elevators. We were there during spring break and it took my husband a good 30 minutes just to get the luggage cart on. I am so glad this unit was on the 2nd floor. We took the stairs most of the time.
5. Pools were freezing and the hot tub was like a cesspool and we smelled like mildew when we got out. This is what drew us to staying at splash, but we won’t be back even in another unit.
6. You can hear your neighbors (showering, talking, opening and closing their balcony doors, kids running above you, etc). If this bothers you then this property is not for you.
7. Someone was going to come in the unit without us being notified or being there to change the ac filter. He knocked on the door, but I was unsure who he was so I kept asking how can I help through the door. He must not have heard me and reached for his keys. By that time my husband was at the door and opened it. So much for privacy and security if you have your wallet out if you’re out.
Pros:
1. The floors were clean. This is a big one. Most of the time the cleaners come in and just push the sand around with their broom and leave it and all the black gunk for the next guest. We had minimal sand in the unit and our feet did not turn black. This made me happy!
2. The unit is on the 2nd floor. With having only 2 elevator banks per tower you will have an easier time utilizing the stairs.
3. The unit is super spacious. Was pleasantly surprised.
4. The beds were comfy.
5. My husband enjoyed the electric reclining chair.

The property was exactly, if not better than described. We loved the addition of the electric recliner near the door wall to watch the beach. The balcony furniture was very comfortable to sit and read, people watch or look for dolphins offshore.

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property manager was very quick to respond. The bathroom was perfect and the bed was wonderfully comfy. There was plenty of space for our four adults and three children under four. The balcony was such a nice area to sit and relax and the wooden chairs were surprisingly comfy. The closets were absolutely huge. It was very nice having a kitchenette. Very handy having an Alvin's Island attached.
The Splash is a nice area right on the beach. Was slightly disappointed with the smallest splash pad they offer for small children. It has no shade during the day and has no lights and is closed in the evenings. The Lazy River was broken our entire stay (6 days). The hot tub stayed pretty busy the whole time. The water in the pools is extremely cold.
Our last night we were stuck outside in the cold and wet from the pool due to a fire alarm. Our small children were freezing, tired, hungry, and upset being left outside for 45 minutes with no explanation or seeming resolution. It seems like it was a false alarm, but it took 45 min for a Fire Chief to show up and turn it off.

The condo was everything that was advertised and more. Our grandson had a blast at the Splash Park. The beach was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. -- will be going back again next year. Only downside is the elevators -- being on the second floor helps.

The condo was perfect. We loved being on the 2nd floor because instead of waiting for the elevator we were able to go up the stairs. The condo had beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of towels. I love the floor plan for our family.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The reserved beach chairs were great, we didn’t have to rush to get one you just walk down and select your spot. The view was better than the pictures. Great location and beach access!

Josh was great in answering all my questions and sending information for checking in. The check-in process was easy. The condo was as described and had a great view. The cleanliness of the condo was ok, there were a few things that could have had more attention to it but overall it wasn't an issue( I did not mention this to the owner as we took care of the issues since they were small). Reserving our chairs was simple, just make sure to get there early so you can get a good spot. The only downside to the condo, which is not the owner's fault, is the elevators. If you are trying to get one between 9 am to 11 am or 4 to 6 pm you will have to wait a long time. If you have someone who can not use the stairs this is an issue. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time just to avoid this. The amenities at the condo were great and we loved the location as it was close enough to stores but far enough west that you didn't have bumper-to-bumper traffic. I would recommend this place to stay again!

Nice Condo right on the beach
We really enjoyed the condo on the beach. The 2nd floor was nice to not take long to get up and down, though we didn’t have any issues with the elevators as some reviews mentioned. The splash pool system was very nice for the kids. The condo was well equipped with most everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There were even some beach toys, umbrella and chairs left. Our only complaint was that they were reconstructing the beach right in front of Splash and we were not informed about this until the week we were to arrive. They were working 24/7 for the entire week we were there.
