It was a really cute property and clean nice room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was about a 13min walk from the train station which was convenient. It was a 15 minute walk to the center of Cannes where all the restaurants are. Overall good location and the room was pretty and clean.
The breakfast was expensive $21 euro per person and had very few choices. More like a continental breakfast, which should be included. At 21$ I would expect hot items and variety.

Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte einen schönen Balkon mit Ausblick und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Wir hatten ausserdem einen sicheren Parkplatz (gegen Aufpreis) und konnten kostenlos das e-Auto laden. DAs war super.

They went above and beyond for my partners recent birthday trip. The room was incredibly comfortable and amazing location.
Maybe the only downfall was the lack of food, however with a supermarket next door this wasn’t an issue at all.

Very nice stylish hotel with a garden near the beach and not far from the center. Great location, polite staff.
From our point of view it is overpriced. Hygiene kit was not renewed during cleaning. Rooms and beds are small.

Hotel and the room itself were really nice. Staff were very helpful. Upgraded us to a nicer room with a balcony which was so nice of them. Would definitely return if I come back to Cannes.

I forgot 2 quite expensive dresses in the room and realized it only on the next day,after leaving Cannes.I immediately called the hotel early in the morning,asked them to check the room or lost&found.But I never got the answer back.I called the hotel 10 times,and each time I heard the same:we didn’t check lost&found yet,we will call u back,but never did.Guys,seriously???It takes 30 sec. to check it.
After calling them myself again,the main manager Carlos said that reception doesn’t have access to lost&found,only housekeeping does,lol,so we have to wait for the next day,when they come to work in the morning)))
on the next day,same story:no one calls me back.I’m calling myself again,and of course I got the answer “we didn’t find anything nor in lost&found or in your room”.
For Gods sake,they robbed not money or jewellery,but the Missoni dresses🤣

we were settled in villa next to hotel. to enter elovator you have to pass few stairs (not suitable for moms with strollers). asked for another room but we didn't get it.
room was small, dirty and smelled bad.

Right next to a main road and paying extra for a balcony that looks onto other walls/properties and a busy main road…is not a view.

Really enjoyed our stay in Cann. The Location of the hotel was excellent..staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and large shower on bathroom was a bonus,

Nice boutique hotell that's quiet and calm but still very near the city centre. Beds where comfy and room was spacious. Supermarket just around the corner for all your needs.
Reception manager was very polite and easy to talk to. The staff members working night where nice but not near the high level of expectations we had. At one point we saw friends of the receptionist sitting in backoffice and hanging out. The vibes felt more like a youth recreation center and not a hotel reception.
