Location. It was near to Carrefour. The old working piano was nice, got time to play it.

Bathroom : Very small Stairs: Apartment was on the 3rd floor. It was difficult to carry luggage up the stairs as there was no lift

The minivan come on time with printed my name on her hands.

The driver arrived at the airport on time for pick us up to the apt. But, I recommend you to use bolt taxis because they are so economic and safe. The hallway of the building was very dirty. A dog was slept in the hallway in days. Dirty and smelly toilet. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Dirty and untidy bed covers. Low security, on the third day of our stay, a man tried to enter the apartment and shouting in Georgian language. As soon as we settled the  renting account, we kept receiving messages from the owner asking when you will be leaving, which caused us worry and anxiety. Totally I do not recommend this place for your stay. Have a nice trip.

The host Irma is kind as well Giorgi very helpful always available and ready to assist if you need something. The location is excellent close to Carrefour and delicious restaurants. We truly enjoy our stay and we recommend this place for your stay in Tbilisi.

Erma the host was very responsive and helpful. She gave a reasonable transfer from airport. Took us to a money exchange where we got the best rate. Gave us late checkout. We got late at the time of checkout but she was waiting there smiling and didn't complain at all. The location is the best, next to freedom square and Carrefour, which is the best place for the tourists. The apartment great, with an antique piano which the kids enjoyed. Too many beds and sofa beds to accommodate two families.

The building outside the apartment is not very clean and you have to walk to the fourth flour if you have luggage, but Erma helped us with the luggage. It has only one washroom.

when I seen in refrigerator then I seen some bad things while I wanted clean of refrigerator. I seen dustbin with full smell things while this should be clean . I think before me someone was there in this apartment but owner didn’t clean of dustbin and refrigerator. I feel many smell in rooms too

very narrow bathroom and small bath tub. no elevator. no special parking place. beds should be more comfortable and white sheets should be replaced with the current ones, it will be more relaxing for the guests

Very nice apartment that is located in the center of the city. Great host that also offered to meet us at the bus station, when we arrived to the city. Highly recommend this place.

Location, owner, price. The owner left us one metro card, it was very nice of him. And the contact with the owner was great. Very flexible, we came much later then we had planed. A place worth staying.

Everything was perfect

perfect location with nice view. everything is clean. the staff is so kind. big house with balcony .bathroom is small but that is clean.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and does not have an elevator. There was no garbage inside the toilet and rooms

Excellent accommodation, good location, view. Neat, clean, has everything you need. The hosts are very kind, pleasant, they are there to give all the necessary information. I would love to come to this accommodation again. A sincere recommendation to everyone.

the location ..simply in the middle of town very close to the rike park , carrefour supermaket , etc . the rooms are huge with one bedroom having the balcony and other not. its actually a one bedroom apt converted into a 2 beroom one. although the tv is a let down. dependable wifi connection. most landmarks are accesible by food. hotel ambassodri with casino is right opposite.

the washroom ....its tiny & simply not usable for large families & individuals. i had asked the property regarding the picture of the washroom as i had seen others complain about it...but they never sent me the pic. its absolutely cramped. if u notice they do not have one pic of the washroom... wonder why..!! no lift. be prepared to lug ur luggage over 4 floors. travel light if ur planning to stay here.
