Just the location, didn’t know it’s a bit far from shops and town. But they had a restaurant onsite. But if you stayed at Patong and then go there then you’ll find it a bit boring location.

The villa is lovely with comfortable furnishings

The staff were not flexible or accommodating It’s was hard work communicating with them It’s was too pricey for what it was and where it was They hiked the prices up for things but if you went down the road it was a lot cheaper. Such as airport transfer and bike hire There was nowhere to keep your luggage locked and secure and they would not let us check in earlier. In the end after complaining they locked them in the management office. The cafe was also very expensive

The villa has 3 rooms and is just the right size. It has good access from the living room to the pool, and each room has a toilet and shower.

There are a lot of cockroaches at night. I see 5 cockroaches around the pool every day and 3 times in the room. is always outside, so it is better to buy insecticide at the shopping mall and check in

The villa was spectacular! The staff were also very friendly and helpful in making our stay absolutely amazing and help us sort out a daily itinerary!

It is a little far from the beaches, about a 15 minute drive, but it is still convenient enough to go to a number of beaches.
