- L'accueil : personnel super, à la réception nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur une personne qui parle français qui a été adorable du début à la fin. Nous étions venus pour l'anniversaire de mon copain et le personnel m'a aidé à lui faire une petite surprise en décorant une part de gâteau (ce qui n'était absolument pas prévu). Je tiens à souligner cette attention et je les remercie encore. - L'emplacement : pas loin de la gare et proche des arrêts de bus et métro - La taille de la chambre : spacieuse, propre et en étage élevé comme nous l'avions demandé. - La déco - Le choix varié du petit déjeuner

The room was amazing. Much bigger than the pictures. Shower from the ceiling, extremely nice. Every day when we went back into the room it was perfectly cleaned. Excellent location if you want to be close to the train station and 20-25 walking distance from main attractions. Restaurant is lovely and staff is great.

There is a market that takes place on the street just outside from the rooms on the ground floor, so there is a bit of noise early in the morning. For the next time, will probably ask for a room on a higher floor.

Quarto amplo apesar de interior. Com uma pequena varanda. Boa casa de banho muito bem equipada. A 5 minutos a pé da Estação Termini e a 20 minutos a pé das principais atrações.

The location is good near the train station and near the main attraction sites. The room is big and the bathroom as well. The staff was friendly.

There is a noise in the street, especially in the early morning. The staff informed me I could change the room to the quiet side without extra charge. Furthermore, the bed sheet is not clean but not sure about that. But still, I recommended to book in the hive hotel

I didn’t like it , because of receptionist are stealer , he need to steal you also he deducted from me 160 euros extra without any approval from me, my booking for 4 guest & I have confirmed mail from booking, he changed me more for extra bed , I didn’t take it , my 2 rooms had sofa bed so I didn’t request any extra bed also charged 3 extra breakfast for 2 nights inspite of my booking for 4 guest , he said you’re booking for 2 how I had mail ,really they are stealer, I didn’t recommended for any one due to very bad receptionist

הקפה במכונה בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מוצלח, אבל לשמחתנו אחרי שביקשנו מהמלצר, קיבלנו קפה מעולה ממכונה אחרת
